Policy - 829504079 Good Afternoon..... On the 9/09/2021 I logged a claim with dial direct for tyre's that are damaged due to the roads we have to drive on. Too my horror they have still got my written off polo logged as one of the cars covered I then discussed and explained to Jonela that the wrong car is logged and I explained the different cars she then proceeded to help me change all the details and update the info. I then managed to log the claim I was very happy about that. I had to go to Tiger Wheel and Tyre to get an assessment’s done on the tyres.... The assessments and quotes were all sent to Dial Direct to get them authorised and approved. Feedback from Dial Direct Audi CL60TTGP – Approved Audi PKF073GP – Declined after updating the policy with Jonela and explaining everything to her the polo is still the car covered. I then call dial direct to find out what’s going on. Audi CL60TTGP is approved I find out the info on that car is all incorrect as if that Audi is actually Audi PKF073GP all that Audis info is linked to Audi CL60TTGP. Absolutely clueless. I then had to explain the whole story again so that Dial Direct could update to get my claim now approved After all of that hustle Dial Direct contacts me to tell me that the Audis tyres for PKF073GP have also been approved they start reading the quote to me they have now swopped the CL60TTGP quote and claim to PKF073GP. I then explain this story again to the claim’s lady Livhuwani of what happened I ask her to open the quote from Tiger wheel and Tyre and confirm the registration on that quote she then realised the quote is for Audi CL60TTGP. I then tell Livhuwani to look for the rejected paperwork for PKF073GP and process the paperwork she has got none of that paperwork I know have to wait for Tiger Wheel and Tyre to resend the documents before this claim gets sorted. I find it crazy that I’m paying for something every month that is actually not correct the info is not updated Dial Direct wrote that polo off in 2018. I’m paying a proper fee for this every month and I’m so unhappy about this service. I do understand mistakes happen but I find it unfair to have to explain this story to 100 people. There is also some kind of embarrassment for me when Tiger wheel and tyre called to say AUDI PKF073GP is not even covered. ☹
No Hot water Hollard why FNB Insurance affiliated with Hollard Policy Number - 1578932 Last year April 2020 we submitted a claim to replace our Geyser Wise we had an excess fee of R750.00 all good and well that was sorted Claim number - 1324676. Now Feb 2021 our new Geyser Wise is broken again this time its been a nightmare. I have been without hot water since Friday night the 5 Feb 2021. In my mind I'm thinking there should be some sort of Warranty on the Geyser Wise seen as though its not been a year since we got it. Hollad is saying they do not cover Geyser Wise devices. Ummmm what happened last year when you did. When we contacted Hollard they have no idea what's going on (Who I am and last years claim that they paid for) My current claim number is 1351902..... I am currently waiting for feedback from Hollard as they said the would get back to me regarding the claim......... Nearly a week later......
On the 9 Feb 2021 these guys came out to give a quote to repair or replace my geyser wise. A Geyser Wise costs R800 to replace this my quote is Labour - R2978.50 Material - R1080 Total R4018.50.... Really very expensive fix........

We are part of the FNB Platinum Insurance Policy Number 1578932. They are the brokers to our House Insurance with Hollard we currently have a claim for our smart wise geyser. They have not helped us at all weve had to contact Hollard ourselves which is a nightmare. I really feel that FNB should be helping us...... Come on FNB platinum life.
<p>Claim - C85550 So my husband and my cellphone were stolen on the 27 May 2017 I logged the claim on the 31 May 2017 my Dad is the contract owner of these devices he resides in Cape Town. He stopped the sims aswell as blocked the phones. I went to the police station got a case number I gave the insurance all the info they needed. I thought everything was in order.</p> <p>After phoneing numerous times the guys that deal with the claim could not give me any info saying my case has been handed over to an assesor I</p> <p>finally got hold of the assesor on the 8 June 2017 to find out what was going on. </p> <p>She then said I needed to fill out forms if I never called would she have ever contacted me????? I wonder</p> <p>She then sent me forms only on the 9th June 2017 to complete so with my Dad being a Cape Town resident it was a real mission to get all the forms signed and sorted. Insane mission. I had to send slips photos of the bag, photos of the phone boxes repair sips proof of payment.</p> <p>I eventually got all the forms back from my Dad that was a crazy wait on the 21 June 2017 sent them directlt to Miway I asked in the e-mail if the assesor could let me know if she had recieved my forms no feedback.</p> <p>Eventually on the 27 June 2017 I got hold of her to tell me the forms were incorrect.</p> <p>After all the calling the excuse was that her phone at work is broken and she cannot take calls.</p> <p>I fixed the forms up sent them back she then spoke to me on the phone and said vodacom is on the ball today so she should have feedback within the next 2 hours or by the end of the day this being the 27th no news by the end of the day no news on the 28th.</p> <p>I e-mailed her team leader on the 29th and then I got a response from her saying</p> <p>" I have not gotten the information from them as they advised and I did follow up.</p> <p> I will advise you once information is received"</p> <p>So here I am waiting patiently. still no phone :( :( :(</p> <p>(So 2 phones were stolen and Miway makes me feel as though I stole our phones)</p> <p>The forms to fill out are insane they want to investigate everything of mine. I already feel violated that my phone was stolen and the insurance that I pay every month religiously makes me feel the exact same way.</p> <p>I mean really</p> <p>#very patient Miway client</p> <p> </p> <p>.</p> <p> </p>
