Durban Spa should be right next to thieving, lying, conniving and scheming. Went for a weekend away and 15 mins after check in my purse went missing. They said I shouldn’t go to the police as they would handle the situation and they did nothing. Fast forward to me checking out they act like they don’t know me. On my way back they have the audacity to call me and tell me there are towels and cushions missing from my room when they did not complete an inventory check upon my arrival. Very disappointing. I will publish all of this on all social media platforms and advise all my followers to never think of booking themselves in such a place. I even asked if it was because I am black that they are treating me in this manner and what hurts is they use my fellow black people as vessels!
So Seaboard was recommended by a family friend and because we trust them we booked ourselves in February for accommodation for a week in December. Everything was paid up and we arrived in Seaboard on the 20th of December in the morning (typing this while in their apartment). We went to our apartment and it was infested with ****roaches and bed bugs. Before we even put our bags down we went down to the reception to complain about the ****roaches and asked them to change our room. They did no such, instead then sent maintainance to come and work on the ****roaches while we were in the room. The place is appalling and extremely dirty. I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. We have to sleep with earplugs in to avoid roaches. The staff is very friendly and do not deserve to work for such a disgusting place. We are happy when we are outside the room and we dread coming back. It’s exhausting having to select clothes from your travel bag everyday because we are scared the roaches will do as they please. This place must just be shut down, it’s no place for people to live in!
Service is extremely effective and fast. I was tended too immediately. The chat service prepared me to wait for 3 minutes max and I didn't even wait 2 minutes. Most companies could learn a lot. Big ups!
<p>So I phoned outsurance to get a quotation for a life cover. They gave me a quote and told me I needed to go for blood works for them to process and approve my application. They said they would send a nurse to anywhere that I prefer. I waited for the nurse to contact me and set up and appointment but no call was made. I left it thinking it will not go through as they needed the blood work for the policy to be approved. This was back in April. May passed and then end of June I get a huge debit order and guess who the reference is? Mother freaked outsurance.. I have attached the picture so people can see the madness! I do not remember authorizing any of this. What steps can I take? Reversing this payment will mess up my credit score. </p>
