Got a phone on the 3rd October 2020. I have been having endless problems with the Network. I have been in contact with MTN all the time. I now want to return the phone and cancel the contract. The customer service consult advised that I need to return the phone to the store. The store advised that I will be charged a cancellation fee. I took a contract for 2300 a month and was debited R3075 this month and now I am advised that its a prorated amount. Why do I need to pay for a service that I do not benefit from. This is the worst network ever. Can I have this contract cancelled and return the device.
I bought a bed December 2016. The bed has a 2 year guarantee euro top pillow. The quality of this bed is so bad. Squeaking and give back pain. I have tried to contact ferreira beds. They first ignored me. . I get a mail asking for picture and receipt. I sent the picture but I don't have the receipt.. But gave them the exact date because I dealt with Debbie and have all the proof of the communication. Ferreira beds ignores all the mails because they do not want to replace the bed.
RCS partakes in fraudulent loan activities. They done a credit check for a loan of which I did not consent to. They unable to provide me with any information regarding this enquiry for a loan application. They do not respond on any mails or calls

I had an account with Bayport more than 10 years ago. this account reflected on my credit profile and is negatively impacting their decision as it is in the financial sector. I contacted Bayport they advised that they have handed the account over to Norton. I contacted Norton and negotiated for a settlements amount. They agreed and have it in writing. I asked about a paid up letter , I was advised that I will get it as soon as the payment is made and they received the proof. I also asked about updating the bureau, they advised that it will be done in 7 days. The payments was made on the same day and sent proof of payment. After that when I requested the paid up letter I was informed that I will take 20 too 30 days. Bayport contacted me telephonically and advised that there was a mistake in the negotiation of the settlement. I had to pay R11000 and not R4000 that was agreed upon. Bayport now wants me to pay the remainder and I just do not have the money to do so. I have also paid full as arranged. I was than advised that I will receive the letter on Thursday or Friday last week, I have since followed up and not receiving feedback. I have tried contacting both Norton and Bayport, but I am not geting any answers. Norton is now not coming back to me regarding the paid up letter nor is Bayport
They do not exist. Fake website. They work with life unleash. They take your money and do not respond. Your pups will never be delivered
They work with Lizette pets home in Johannesburg South Africa. I ordered pups and they needed to deliver. Payment was made and they never deliver. Don't ever use them.
I bought a car a month ago. The aircon would blow cold air then hot after a few minutes. I thought it needed to be regassed . I took it to 3 places and was told its the compressor and the dealer would have picked it up if the done a diagnostic on the car. When I contacted them. If I can't pay my full instalment for the month of June I should contact the call centre to make a suitable arrangement of which I did on the 30th of June when I woke up they have deducted all the money out of my account instead of them taking the money that I have arranged I've been contacted the call centre and they reversed the remaining money but waking up again today they have once again taking all the money out of my account again when I contacted the call centre apparently there is no one working today to make a refund they cannot lower the debit order every month the full amount will be deducted then I have to go back and reverse the amount. I also cannot leave any money in the account for other debit orders like life insurance because Capitec will do a set of and take the money that is what the consultant explain to me so how do I not pay my life policy my funeral policy because Capitec will take the money Capitec do not want to be liable for the unpaid debit orders. The consultant has the nerve to tell me that it is not her fault I took out the loan so I should take responsibility for it. I want Capitec to refund my money change the debit order for the amount that I have a Range for so that I am able to pay my other debit orders using the account because. my life policy cannot change banking details now. being retrenched put so much of stress on your fan Capitec comes and add more stress on you they treat you like a criminal that you have provided them with all the documentation Capitec should also be liable for all the unpaid debit orders that is charged on my account because I keep them in the loop of every single step</p>
