I have a personal loan with Nedbank and I also bank with them for many years. This is the 3rd time they have double debited the premium amount and left my account in a negative and have charged me for missed payment fees. This is ridiculous! I must then call the contact center and wait for such a long time to speak to someone to do a reversal which by the way also isnt done immediately! Pathetic service
They harras you with calls a 100 times a day even after you make arrangements! Most frustrating company I have ever dealt with! Please do not take a loan from them no matter how much you need it, you will never have peace! I lost my dad and asked to be called in a weeks time but yet they still called me everyday 50 or more times a day. It is absolutely ridiculous!!!!
Did an order and paid and was informed that the order was going to be canceled as payment was not received. I had to reorder and pay so they now delivered 2 of the same item and charged me twice. 1 item is a reject and it is impossible to request a return on their site. Also very cheap material. I have put up a review about this which was also blocked. This site seems to be a ****.
They are rip off. Please always read the fine print as you are liable to pay a full nights stay if you cancel this booking. This is ridiculous. Please dont use this facility as you will end up paying for accommodation when when u CANCEL YOUR BOOKING!!!!!
I booked 2 nights at this hotel through Bookings.com. I however had an emergency which needs to be attended to and contacted reception 2 hours after checking in to cancel my booking for the next night and get a refund. However i was informed that they cannot refund me, yet i paid 2 hours prior. This is ridiculous! Very unhelpful.Further more the pool deck is not maintained & so shabby looking. This hotel is not up to standard for the price that it is.
<p>I have a mechanical warranty with ABSA VEHICLE FINANCE which includes 3rd party insurance with INNOVATION GROUP (PTY) LTD. On the 26/06/2017 I called to log a claim for my vehicle which I was then informed that my warranty was cancelled on the 27/10/2016 (I have called to cancel as I no longer wish to pay this), however I was still been billed monthly for my warranty plan & knew from last year that I was still cancelled, I have nothing in writing stating that my policy has been cancelled, not by INNOVATION GROUP & not by ABSA. ABSA has confirmed my policy is still active & they have no record of cancellation, thus I have still been billed. Further more IF cancellation was finalised, ABSA would have received a refund, which they have not. Upon calling on the 26/06/2017 to put my claim & after numerous phone calls & hours wasted(I LITERALLY HAD TO HOLD ON FOR HALF AN HOUR AT A TIME BEFORE SOMEONE WOULD SPEAK TO ME) INNOVATION sends through a cancellation on the 28/06/2017 (WHICH I HAVE NOT ASKED THEM TO DO, AS I NOW HAVE MY FIRST CLAIM), I have proof of this on email, & thats when they also suggested that ABSA be refunded (PLEASE BARE IN MIND ONLY AFTER I TRIED TO CLAIM) There service is appalling as they dont wish to help cause all they can say is it's been cancelled & ABSA has confirmed with me every single time that my policy is still active. INNOVATION GROUP IS THE WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH & THEY ONLY TAKE YOUR MONEY. THEY INSISTED TO GIVE ME A REFUND WHEN I ONLY WANTED MY CLAIM TO BE PAID. SO WHY GIVE ME A REFUND IF IT WAS CANCELLED????? CAUSE THEY HAVE BEEN PAID EVERY SINGLE MONTH & DIDNT EVEN COMPLETE CANCELLATION ON THEIR SIDE, ONLY AFTER I CALLED TO CLAIM CAUSE THEY DON'T WANT TO PAY MY CLAIM.</p>
