Platinum Life does not care about clients
I am a loyal customer of nearly 15 years and after maternity leave with no income I made and arrangement where a lower premium was offered and my premium was deducted three times still. No response on multiple emails sent and after a call witha very unfriendly representative I am still waiting for assistance. Thousands spent for nothing, Platinum Life has zero compassion and extremely poor customer care but I need to tolerate several calls a month for referrals at all hours of the day.

The FedHealth Baby Plan attached to our medical aid scheme has been so helpful with regular emails tracking my pregnancy and even follow up calls all providing advice and information sources. Very impressed with the customer care and individual attention.

Ocean Basket like to overcharge for small portions
Ocean Basket has overcharged once again sending prince prawns after charging for queen prawns. Portion size and cost is a recurring issue with the restaurant. Food quality and quantity has decreased severely over the past few months.

Poor customer care from employees after several requests to assist with accounts
Poor customer service, poor assistance received and employees insisting on sending sensitive information via email instead of assisting to resolve account issues to be able to upload documents. Will not be using for future finance.

Rude staff
Extremely rude staff, poor customer service and poor delivery on promises. Would not recommend, the ladies answering the phones do not relay faults to management and they have absolutely no manners when speaking to a customer. Repairs can be expected to take months and call back's to follow up on issues logged are non existent. Over priced and poor connection.

Mantality.co.za ensured my Fathers day gift arrived in time
Ordered on a public holiday (Wednesday 16 June) for Fathers day and my order arrived 2 days later in time for the weekend. Very careful packaging and excellent service. Good quality products and speedy delivery.
