Terrible managing service
This don’t even deserve one star Amongst the properties they are managing one is Eldo lakes Estate Unfortunately they are not managing it the lights are out the tiles are broken the roof leaks been complaining since 2019 seems no solution coming from them as they also not interested to take the calls and reply the emails. Extremely poor service

Great service from Livona Rolls
I would like to write a review for Livona Rolls for her professionalism I wanted to combine my Families medical aid was having issue to get assistance until I received a call from this great lady with the name of Livona Rolls. She assisted me through out my application and kept on calling and keeping me updated till the matter was successfully resolved. She deserves 10 out of 10 for her professionalism’s. Copecare terrible service
I sent an email to combine the family medical Aid cover They sent me email back after one week. The persons with the name of Nthabiseng Magagane mailed me and asked me that I must get the certificate and all the other things to combine them to gather. Mean while we are all with them and I am the main member and contributor. Then I sent an email back no response came through I called them they kept on transferring my calls and lastly the lady answered when I told her that I want to talk to Nthabiseng Magagane the lady dropped my call. Very disappointed with the service compcare provides looking for alternatives which could at least communicate better.
