STANDARD BANK I app**** for debt consolidation… Their response is NO!! They say i must be employed,which i am!!! They say it is on contract, but they DO NOT understand that the contract period is for a specific site and DOES not mean that when this contract is finished that i am unemployed, i will move to a next one!!!! They have handed me over…. What is interesting is that the attorneys offer me discount on my debt……. Standard DOES NOT offer discount!!?? How do you understand that????? What an absolute pathetic company this is🤬🤬🤬
TO: Dear Standardbank. I app**** for your Debt relief program... You refused to help me...........you handed me over and made my live complicated. I realize I owe you money !! I have now made arrangements and are paying dilligently EVERY month. You are NOT satisfied and are threatening me with more legal action, because I do not pay enough according to you!!! I only HAVE THAT MUCH to pay, but at least I am paying!!!!! Why can just not accept me paying and be satisfied??? WHY??????
I have complained on this platform a few times.... Standardbank does NOT come back to me on my issue ??? Instead.........they hand me over!! They are the ones with ALL the adverti*****ts on service and hoe they can help you, sadly not in my case..........
I have complained before..... Standardbank does NOT come back to you.... You HAVE to HAVE money for them to be able to help you!!!!!!!! So, if you don't have employment, your debt stays. SOOOO, how do you then pay it. If you HAVE money, they will reduce and consolidate your debt. How does that even make sense ???????? Otherwise........ you are on your own! Just does not make sense. Then........They just hand you over...................
So…. I was unemployed for 1 year+.. Naturally one then run into debt. I have been a Standardbank customer for 44 years!! So, I apply for debt relief. After 2 months I eventually get told that you should be employed(full time) and salary must reflect in a Standardbank account.. In 44 years all salaries,monies from houses sold,bonds and costs,bonusses,ext was paid into my Standardbank accounts. They made a LOT of money out of me through banking costs and services!!! Now that I need THEIR help, they turn a cold shoulder!!!! If you HAVE money they are all over you, but it seems you still have to have money for them to help you??? If you don’t and need help, they don’t care and hand you over…. Sad😔
They did a reasonable job, got our stuff fast to the destination. However, their calculations are totally out and some of our stuff got left behind, after I enquired numerous times about the truck size.... Some stuff was also damaged. If you haxe a big house or lots of stuff, they are not the answer.........
I have heard NOTHING from these people...... If I read the reviews it seems that they do a LOT of scaly deals.... Not to be trusted !!
In 2017 I purchased a VW Amarok at Citton cars. I was sold a 4 Mot. Had the badge on the back and inside there actually are no distinctive signs. I was told that ts was indeed a 4 Motion. I sold my vehicle a week ago and the buyer realized that it was a normal 4x2 bakkie. I paid R449 999 for a 4 Mot in 2017. The price for a 4 Mot is about R50 000 more than for a 4x2 vehicle. I was offered R285 000 for my vehicle after 5 years and 199 000km. As a result of the vehicle NOT being a 4 Mot, I received only R240 000 !! I have now paid R50 000 more on purchase and received R45 000 less upon selling it!! I have lost R95 000 in the process !!! I also paid interest on the extra R50 000 over a period of 5 years,,,, Citton cars was *****ULENT in the selling of this vehicle!!!!
Soooo... I wrote about my experience with Makro and an ELECTROLUX product. As I mentioned, I handed it in twice, only to be told that there is nothing wrong ?? (I don't know why I would take the time and effort to take something back if it is in a working condition ?) A VERY arrogant sales person from ELECTROLUX called me to tell me that he had the machine on and that, according to him, there is nothing wrong with the machine....... I told him that it is faulty and that I will not take it back, because I will only be back there again in a few days.. This product is still within the 6 month warranty period, but they refuse to exchange it or reimburse me !!!????
