No more quality just more street
Very dissapoointed in my latest pack of Quality street. The quality us definitely not the same anymore, the chocolate tastes different, they are smaller and the new wrappers are just horrible.

No reply after receiving worng items
i received the wrong items and sent a few mails. I still cant get hold of them which is quite funny as they have a 40 return policy but they dont even reply. rally bad quality but i could even look past that if i just received the correct items

Eating at your best friends house
If you ever want to feel that you are going to have lunch or dinner at your best friends house... Well Caraffa is exactly that. We have been going there for 20 years and it still stays our absolute favorite place to be. We always feel welcome and they know what we want before we even know

Took money but no order
I ordered an item a few days ago, the money was deducted off my account but no order confirmation was received. I tried to call more than 20 x, sent mails to support/ info but no reply. This is really not a good first impression. I need them to get back to me or refund

I almost stayed!
<p>I had to cancel my vehicle insurance and expected the usual "but how can we keep you and please dont go and and and.... Gath was very polite and asked in a subbtle manner if he could assist or help in any way to keep me as a customer but didnt push me. By being so nice about it I almost felt bad leaving. Thanks for making it a good exit experience Garth and not frustraing me. You have a very good way about you!</p>

The fact that you were not pushing me into anything actually made me wat to give you the business. Thanks for the service with a smile and sharing your warm personality.
