It’s been over a month now , still no response from Vodacom regarding the ***** dispute case .. it’s costing me a lot having this “hanging “ on my name.. the fact that I have to do something on side first before you can move the case just an inch it’s upsetting me .. cancel that line and update this on ITC . I am giving you until Tuesday 16 July end of business.
It has been over a month I have been trying to get a ***** line on my name cancelled and an update done on ITC .. Vodacom failed me with their weak security and is continuing failing me to get this case resolved..
It’s been a month now. Cellc still remain incompetent. I have send all the necessary documents. But no help . Or maybe the CEO desk it’s self should resolve this since his staff can’t. Everything about the way my account is handled is incorrect.. from procedures not followed to the billing itself. This is my last review of cellc incompetence, I know my rights as a customer and I will take the necessary steps.
I wish the same energy @CellC uses to hand over their customers to the 3rd party without even following procedures, could be used to resolve the issue they have created.. I don’t know how @CellC count 24-48 hours turn around time , but excuse me if I am being a little inpatient it’s kinda hard to keep calm when you keep getting calls from VVM collections regarding the account that you know you successfully closed.. @CellC I have been waiting for your feedback regarding my query.
After I have canceled my line will cellc , received confirmation of the cancellation and my last debit order.. cellc still handed me over to collections. 1. I never received any communication from cellc before being handed over to the 3rd party 2. After I received a call from VVM collections , I called cellc to find out why they handed me over, I was told because of my last bill in March ( which from my bank statement it shows they debited ) , so I asked for an email address to send the bank statement showing they debit. They gave me Proofofpayment@cellc.co.za . I then forwarded my prove to them , I received an email from them after 2 weeks or so stating all of this was corrected.. last Saturday I then send an email to there credit operations department requesting for them to update on ITC because my accounts with them still reflect.. I was told I am owing.. I am so tired going back and forth with cellc. Can someone resolve this . Number in question 0723580942 My cellphone number 0723580942
The level of incompetence at the cellc retentions department, it’s shocking. Even the Teamleader doesn’t know the processes , I spoke to Mpilo the Teamleader who can’t give the correct process for cancellation and her agents as well always get the settlement wrong..something that they copy from the screen not calculated.. if you can , cancel all your lines with cellc cause they will cost you more money.
Nedbank is the most inconvenient bank ever, with the most clueless agents not forgetting being rude .. I am so disgusted by their service..
The colosseum 41 kruis street Johannesburg CBD.. these are a group of thefts.. you will never get your deposit back .. even worse they never respond to your emails after you have moved out.. by all means afford that flat if you can .
