Vodacom is a ****.
Vodacom is ****ming us almost everyday. I have been using vodacom for so many years but now they faill fixing the problem i am having as a customer instead they accuse me. Ok last year i upgraded my account which the consultant who was helping me said it is 24 months now they telling me it is 30 months after i canceled another contract which expired on 30 August. Reason being it is because on November they deducted lot of money in my account, when i asked no one give me the right answer then i decided to reverse it then my account was in areas where i have to pay R950 which i payed, then January they didn't deduct then i asked the blocked my line same time then i payed R400. 15 they unlocked, this month the deducted R354 on a like that i pay R185. So within the period of 3months i lost R1704. I need vodacom to resolve this issue but the fail and they keep on milking me money.

I never had a bad day like this talking to one of their service provida called Siphelele.the attitude i got from tht lady is not good.when i call them i wanted to carry on with them since their device is instaled in my car.she jst told me a **** that i ddnt even want to hear until i decided to remove it in my car.their contract with me was ended so i wanted to get courtations but she was talking to like she s the one who is a custorner.i even appologised for hr to use English cuz m not a zulu speaking guy.she forced me to speak zulu.

Bad service
