Listen, I get it; you come on here and see the reviews and they don’t look good. Michael is a music obsessed collector and not a salesman - as long as you know that going in, you’ll be fine. The selection of gear available is truly special and luck absolutely plays a massive role; this was how collecting music and gear used to be before the internet. I would advise you not to rely on his online adverts (Michael has mentioned he struggles with his account logins etc) but instead to make a morning of it and just go through to the shop. Be respectful and you’ll have a great time - I absolutely did and got incredible service and support considering I’m an absolute beginner with HiFi systems.
I am happy with the platform - it continues to get bet in terms of user experience and customer support. I've had one or two issues but that's a small amount out of the dozens that were positive. Most sellers are motivated and fair. Overall, I would definitely say Yaga has become my go-to app over Marketplace or Gumtree for fashion and books.
Bad bad bad. WhatsApp chat bot doesn’t work. Emails don’t get answered. Haven’t ever gotten through their phone line. World class failure of accountability or client service.
This is the second version of the review I left; so I’ll be more precise: - the person I dealt with was very rude when I asked about why there was no communication regarding delivery after making a purchase - the delivery did arrive within the 2-5 day window - the perfume does not smell like it should - the scent doesn’t last at all; it dissipates within minutes - I’ve received no response having asked if there’s a reason for the above two points To summarize, dear reader, don’t spend your money supporting this store. The website looks great but you’re not going to be happy with the product or the service. Learn from my rather expensive mistake.
Like many South Africans, I’m on the lookout for the best deal on life’s little luxuries. Unfortunately this time round, this adventure has left me R700 poorer. Having ordered over a weekend and having heard nothing from the store by midweek, I send a message via WhatsApp to follow up. The exchange was shocking in the dismissive, arrogant and eventually aggressive tone from the owner. At this stage I went into Hello Peter to discover that this behavior is nothing new. Nobody’s perfect, I thought; let me make up my mind once I get the perfume. Unfortunately, dear reader, things were about to get even worse. The package arrived only to find that its a sophisticated but counterfeit product. The scent is NOTHING like it was supposed to be and worse yet, this “perfume” has absolutely NO STAYING power with the scent disappears within 10 minutes. Read some of the other comments on here to confirm what I’m sharing with you; if it’s too good to be true… it probably is. In the end, do your research using HelloPeter before buying anything from Instagram or Facebook ads. To the owner of the business; congratulations on running such an impressive ****. If you sold genuine articles I think you’d be very successful, especially if you learnt how to communicate with some respect. Dear reader, keep your money and buy the real thing in the store.
**** of a website. Placed an order 7 days ago. No communication or updates since. No response over emails or Instagram either. Their website has also gone offline mysteriously now as well. Unfortunately for me, supporting a small up-and-coming online store has backfired totally. Avoid!
Blessing Mpufi has just helped me sort out a situation that was done and sorted out in 5 minutes flat. With other insurance companies I’ve used in the past, this would’ve taken a week. Thank you for the excellent service!
Sometimes, it’s easy to forget that some company services are best when they’re invisible. My Citiq meter just works and I love how easy it is to recharge anytime anywhere.
I am thrilled with the service I keep receiving from King Price! DHIJEN SINGH was just the latest in a long line of helpful, polite and FAST consultants who helped me!
