On the 01.04.2025 now at 19h30 I was watching TV and suddenly is off, when I call them to find our why am off, I was told that am on a contract of 24 months for Internet which am not aware of, my subscription is paid on the 27.03.2025 R1156 plus R411.48, now they saying that I must pay another R1577.68 so that my service can be back on. Who on earth can pay close to R3k for Dstv that insane and grazy, I want that Internet contract be cancelled with immediate effect and my service back online or I will take the matter further. Am wondering why most people cancelled their services with them their consultant is ****ming poor people so that they can get paid. Your services suck BIG TIME ****MERS, AM SO PIST OFF AND ANGRY

I took phone contract with this company in December they deducted once off connection fee of R690 and In January they deducted R509 but my devise was locked I send them email , WhatsApp no responde and they landline number always not in services , PLEASE GUYS STAY AWAYFROM THIS COMPANY THEY ****MING PEOPLE'S MONEY AND LOCK YOUR PHONE FOR NON PAYMENT, I TRIED TO BLOCK THE DEBIT ORDER THEY ALSO BLOCKED IT SO I MUSN'T DISPUTE OR BLOCK THEM TO DEBIT MY ACCOUNT,
Since I took the contract with this company Africa mobile, they don't respond to any of my communications Email, WhatsApp and their number is always busy or no answer, On the 26.01.2024 they debited my account R509.00 and after that they lock my devise saying due to non-payment , I would like to terminate their contract as I can't even use the devise, They ripping people off their money for poor customer services.
From the beginning of the the process All consultant were helpful and advisable and I didn't experience any issues with them still I received my clearance certificate, That is the company I can recommend anyone to use
Poor and Bad customer services from the beginning of the insurance, On 2021.06.01 we took an insurance for my mother, everything was fine until March 2022 when the doctor didn't receive any claims when he was claiming, secondly we were not even explained or told that before she go for consultation she needs to call first to get fuds into the card only when we call and query is when they explain that to us, now we sitting with outstanding balance which is needed by the doctor, but we have been paying the insurance every month , so who must be responsible for that outstanding amount, I need my refund for any money that was not used in that card failure to do that am going to take further steps, On the 10 November email was send to claims after the doctor complained that there is no paid claim on his account for the below mentioned policy number , 13 December 2022 I re-send the email again and the respond was anything that is 4 months older they don't paid and no one explained anything to us, remember this policy we took it for my mother who is older enough not to understand anything, so I decided to terminate or cancel the policy as I feel that am paying something that doesn't benefit me at all.
Since last year in November 2021 my account is been suspended due to fraud transactions that i was not even aware of it, I called them and they told me that R2000 was deposited on my account that is fraudulent transaction and I was told to do affidavit which I did , since then I haven't received any communications from their Fraud department, I was the one who was keep on calling taking from pillar to post without any solution of the matter , till to date my account is still suspended , I cant do any transactions on that account.
Poor service and they dont do follow ups with their clients
<p>on the 28 April 2017 I changed my service from PVR to Explora then is where all the night mares started.</p> <p>I took the primary decorder to my in laws and all these account are on my name. so they debited my account R1884 in May and they keep on telling me money was reversed and i send them my statement and the primary decorder i paid it cash the same day i actived it and amount of R365 and the following month i paid it R420 and even in June i paid it R420 but still they keep on telling me i ow the R502 whcih i don't know where is coming from, Multichoice is crocking poor people and when you call their agents dont know what to do they will keep on refering the matter to other division then after some few days service is suspended. I regret why I did accept this explora thing in the first place.</p> <p>my account number is ********** 9</p>
