<p>I would like to lay a complaint against Nandos at Summerfield Shopping Centre in Boskruin (Randburg).</p> <p>First of all, the service at that branch is the worst I have ever experienced. I live nearby therefore order from them due to convenience. There was not a single time, out of many, that they did not get my order wrong!</p> <p>Tonight I ordered a vegetarian spicy rice (with grilled veggies & halloumi) amongst other items, and as always made it clear to them to repeat the order 10 times to ensure that they don't mess it up! I get home with my order, only to find a piece of chicken in my meal whilst I was halfway through eating it! I AM FURIOUS AS EVER! Reasons being:</p> <p>1. I am a vegetarian (since birth) due to religious beliefs. I do not eat any meat, fish, eggs, seafood, chicken, etc.</p> <p>2. I am currently FASTING! Our religious fast began on Monday and this finding chicken in my meal is completely unethical as well as infuriating. If Nandos does not take vegetarians seriously, then why 'pretend' to cater for us in the 1st place? Since it's clearly being done half-heartedly, don't do it at all. It may not be important to you guys but we take our religion & especially our fasting month very seriously!</p> <p>3. Staff at the Boskruin branch simply have a don't-care attitude towards customers and need to go for English lessons! I have several people who can vouch for that and who have experience the same disgusting service!</p> <p>I will be logging this complaint on Facebook as well as Instagram! I also will NEVER be eating from Nandos again. This time, the pathetic service went too far!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>Hi. I would like to log a complaint and I will also be logging one on Hellopeter as well. I went to the Sole Candy store at Cresta Mall earlier today. There were 2 ladies working in the store...one black lady and one coloured lady. I asked the black lady if there was anything new which recently came in. In a sarcastic, tone with a smirk on her face, she responded by asking me: "uhm, do you come to this store often or when last have you been to this store?". Trying to make me look like an idiot of course. The coloured lady immediately offered me assistance and showed me the lastest shoes which came in and was extremely helpful as well as friendly. I even purchased a pair of shoes thanks to the service I received from her. She deserved the sale. As for the other rude staff member (who was even so rude to her colleague, the coloured lady), she clearly doesn't realize that it's the same customers who she is so rude to who pay her salary, and that's a fact. It would be advisable to send her for customer service training. I will not support the store at Cresta because of her.</p>
<p>We booked into the Park Inn (by Radisson Blu) in Sandton on 15/07/2017. I have never experienced such pathetic service in my entire life. First of all, nobody answers the phones (room service, house keeping as well as main reception). Don't fool guests into believeing that the hotel has 24 hour room service/house keeping when in fact the staff are probably all asleep during early parts of the morning. Eventually, when we did get through to room service, they took over 45min to get our order to us and to make matters even worst, they brought us the incorrect order. It was late, we were hungry & tired...and this was frustrating! To aggrevate the situation even more, we were charged the incorrect amount for the incorrect order. We were suppose to be charged R180 for 3 toasted sandwiches, and instead we were charged R315. After several attempts to get hold of room-service with no luck, we finally managed to get hold of main reception & they failed to rectify our order so we requested for them to reimburse us with dessert instead as it would be quicker than waiting for another whole 45min for a food order, and also refund us for 2 of the toasted sandwiches. We ordered chocolate mousse and once again, we received the incorrect item! We recieved chocolate cake (which I have photos of) and the chef (obakeng) insisted that it was mousse. Clearly he does not know the difference between cake & mousse!</p> <p>As paying-guests, this service was ridiculous and extremely disappointing. Especially being one of the higher rated hotels in Sandton City.</p> <p>I will never ever book at this hotel again nor will I refer anyone else to support you guys. I'm highly disappointed & angry! What a waste of money!</p>
