First time buyer online, i dont think this is for people who want a cellphone urgently. they also need to upskill a bit as they said you will here every 2nd day. now every 2nd day i need to ask THEM how far is the order. they also do not tell people that if you order, they wait untill they have a big batch before it is send to them, therefore it makes you wait longer.

YESTERDAY THEY WENT AND DEDUCT THE PREMIUM FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. this is unethical and would like to be rectified immediately My policy number is 1045450275.
Prices are rediculous. Charged me R52 for one single snicker. While dischem is R10. 95 gave me an email explaining that their order was correct as the online bills are per item but the email I got from one of them clearly stated 24 x 35v snickers for R52 they are a total ripoff. G vd merwe should have told Brooks luyt that i was sequestrated november 2020. if they did their job, they would have known not to call or sms me but my lawyer. customer service in south africa goes up in the air. and thats why people get aggetated and angry with debt collectors. someone does not do their work. Brooksluyt you can go find out from western cape high court where the case was approved november 2020
