After a bit of a ruff start i must say corne an lindie went out of their way and went the extra mile to solve the issue ( that was not caused by them but by unfortunate circumstances ) they even this morning delivered my parcel them selves due to a lack of time and to make sure there is no further delays due to waiting for courier company!! Thank you so so much for all the trouble you went through. Will definitely make use of you again!!
First time i bought from them. Placed order online received email saying order was received not processed. But it will take 6 to 10 working days. After 6 fays not receiving anything that say the order is progress i mailed them twive needeless to say with no response. For 2 days i tried calling all 3 numbers on their web left messageson all 3 with no response. On 11 des i made a comment on their fb page about the poor service then in 15min a corne could call saying they mos said 6 to 10 days.... very ****y...told me he can not call every customer every day to say how far their order are... WOW thats the way to speak to new clients!! Well done Corne!! Well needless to say that was 11 dec today is 16 dec still no parcel or any feedback!! Will not recommend them to anyone!!
Order food online from kfc kollonade pretoria tonight paid online delivery they said will be in 30min. After 45 min no food came called the online number they couldnt find the order called the branch very ****y manager told me the order is out she didnt know where they were and when they will arrive. Said maybe another 20 min. I told her it is unexceptable because now it was already more than an hour from order. I called the online service again asked to be refunded. Now i.must wait 14days for my money to be refunded i told them its not a small amount i can not wait that long. I was offered a shop voucher after agreeing to it then the call centre agent said he first need to get approval from the team leader.... So why was i offered one if a team leader must first approve it ?i asked to speak to a team leader and he refused that i can speak to him. I also had to give my details and the order details more than once clearly not a compatant agents. I was told i will receive a sms with a voucher number but that didnt happen either. After an hour and 20 min and after i already cancelled the order i was called to say the food is at the gate that mean they were driving around with the food for more that 40min and they are 3km away from my home. Who wants food that is dispatched that long ago. From order to delivery to customer care centre poor poor service. Will never ever make use of their app again. The funny thing is some of the products you not allowed to buy in store only on the app but then u order online they take your money but never deliver the food. I also asked for details of the owner but they also refused to give that to me!! thank you KFC Kollonade for stealing my money and left m family without supper tonight. Ps. This system dont allow you to go on without rating with a star they dont deserve even one star worst service EVER
Will never buy from them again!! Bought a freezer from them 27 feb they said they dont have stock. On line it showed stock will be available 10 march.up to now no.one of builders ever called me to give feedback on when i will reveive the product i already paid for. On 13 march i went back to the store enquiering on delivery manager told be it will come 17 march but she took my details said she will confirm availability on Monday 15 march and call me with feedback needless to say im still waiting for that call!! On 16 march i tried calling the store but got to a call centre who 4 times tried to get hold of gezina branch they never picked up so i lanched a complaint. 17 march when stock was said to arrive my son went to gezina branch spoke to same manager who now changed her story to there is no stock available in SA and they have no idea on when imported stock will arive. My question if u know u dont have any stock available in SA why do u advertise the product and put it on sale? To me it is false advertising!!! So the complaints department called me on friday 18 march spoke to zainap abrahams who took all my details requested me to send her my slips and she will. Call branch and get back to me needless to say again that never happend. I tried calling her back she was on another call the agent send her an email that she must call me back but that never happend. This company dont know anything about Customer service. So i bought something almost a month ago that NO ONE can say when i will receive it.
Hope the CEO of cell c is reading this I have been battling to solve a query with them for almost 3 months now. Spoke to a ops manager more than 2 months ago who logged an enquiry for me and i receive an sms with the enq ref number. He made a note that my account was not to be cut and if it was cut it must be reinstated immediately when i call until we resolve the issue. Needless to say they cut m line evry second week but for more than 2 months every time i call the line was connected again as per the promise of the ops manager. Last night however a clever team leader by the name of mpilo buthelezi refuse to connect m line again and also insinuating that im lying because she said there is no note of an ops manager on my account and therw was also never an enquiery loggend on my account on my question on how i received n enq number via sms then in june she said ahe dont know what im talking about. And when i asked how everyone else then reconnected my line for more than 2 months as per ops manager instruction she said there is ni such thing. So after teying to solve an issue with them for 3 months with no feedback i am disconnected and can nit use m service and also sommer received a demand letter that i will be handed iver not in 14 days day in 2 DAYS TIME!! Ive been a client of them for 13 years and this is the way im treated!! They discuss me!! Their fb page is full of vomplaints and people cancelling because of their poor service!!
My line was cut withou any notice today for non oayment after i already made payment on the 4 june while the due date is onky on the 6th. I have immediately send the proof if payment with all my details to cell c on 4 different email adresses and received a response that my email was received on all of them. Now a week after sending these emails was send and my account was fully paid they say it was not received. I tried to speak to them tonight to reconnect the acc but they say i must send the pop which i said i will immediately send to them if they just open the use of my phone but the didnt want to listen to anything. Im a lady who travelles to work inthe dark morning an evening long distance that is dangerous and now im without a phone due to cell c not attending to theie emails. This is kot the firat time they cut m line without reason they have cut my line once for 4c Worse network in south africa
I ran into financial difficulties and immediately contacted the company via email to make arrangements in april and they said i must just pay R130 and they will move my account to a 24 months arrangement needles to say it never happend then they emailed me when i complained and said i must now pay R170 for 3 consecutive months. Their exact words such an agreement is acceptable to you, you will not be able to purchase on your account until we had received 3 consecutive payments. Also your available credit may be decreased by 20%. However your account will be out of arrears after the third consecutive payment and your buying power will be reinstated. Needless to say thata didnt happen and i am threatend by then every day. I called the today just to receive an email back that they can not make the changes now i have to wait until tje 9th of november... Bybthat time i would have made yet another payment. So clearly the can not keep to their word and everythime i call to find out whats going on they have a different story
