Worst courier company I've ever used
How this company even has a 1.6 rating is beyond me. Worst courier company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. No communication, nobody answers the phone, nobody returns calls, delivery is exceedingly slow etc etc. Never ever again. Stay way

Excellent service!
Been using these guys for a long time now. Ryan and Nic always produce excellent service and always go the extra mile for me! This is a rarity these days. Makes it pointless to shop anywhere else. Great job guys!!

Harassment
I'm getting 3 or 4 spam calls every day. Ive probably blocked 5 numbers by now but they keep using different numbers. At what point does this become harassment?

Beware of scam
I ordered a spare part from these guys in Durban. Received the invoice, paid with immediate clearance as was requested and they told me they had couriered the part to me the same day. Since then they have refused to provide me with a tracking number so I believe that I have been scammed - they've taken my money and there is no part on its way. If it was couriered why have they not asked me for payment of the courier costs?

Farming equipment manufacturer scam
I bought and paid for a chicken plucker machine. Courier costs were quoted at R300 which I paid, a total of R5,800. Then I got a call from the courier company saying that I needed to pay for insurance which would be refunded on delivery. Sounded very fishy to me as the accents were definitely not South African. I declined the insurance. Since then this company will not answer their phone despite the number being their only contact number and they will not respond to any messages on WhatsApp or through their website. I can only now assume that this is a scam and I will start taking appropriate action shortly. This company is based in Upington.
