Good day I have a problem with ebanzi Fibre and KayaKonekta since day one their services has been bad we almost everyday have an outage KayaKonekta don't answer your messages , they don't have a line to call.or sms they don't respond to us im frustrated because I app**** from ebanzi now KayaKonekta is my service provider that is useless 2daya without internet no one respond to me May new people never subscribe to this service the worst now im.out of internet i have to submit assignments
Best service ever , they have communication 👏 when the delivery is delayed they email , mostly you get what you ordered no matter how far you are as long as you are in Gauteng all stand rates, let me talk about the delivery guys wow they are so friendly helpful they came today lol 😆 😀 😉 it was hot very hot I offered iced water lol 😆 they where so thankful. .after I received my parcel the office asked if I'm satisfied with every. I'm happy guys
Vodacom is playing games again with me , I got a call last week for contract cancellation they call using this number a guy called Calvin +27821940000 said they will pick up the router comfimed the address even today no pick up no network and we already paid for January and no network please come pick up your router please so we can part ways

I have been informed that the issue is caused by Eskom disconnecting power to the nearby Vodacom tower. Unfortunately, this matter has been ongoing for some time without a permanent solution, and despite several attempts to report and follow up, the situation has not improved. Please note that attached to this email are confirmations and reference numbers for all the reports logged by both myself and my spouse regarding this issue. These reflect the ongoing efforts from our side to seek assistance, yet the service remains unresolved. So disappointed i made an order 19 November 2025 order number 251119701988535 My runway made q mistake and gave me the wrong items that I didn't order i made means with my airtime to call them and alert them they gave me wrong items i booked a return on the 26 November till.today I call my runway for collection i use my money to make means of collection they dont even bother to email me or call me , this is affecting my payment method I call everyday and know one seems to care about my efforts of calling return number 1210811 im frustrated cos they don't care about my efforts and errors im going to get they did a wrong order now they can't own that
Good afternoon can i get help yesterday i went strait to game online store to purchase a phone online and came today i made sure i didn't buy a network lock phone with vodacom i have issues with vodacom thats y I brought a phone thats not locked today when i opened the phone locked lucky i didnt set the phone i calles customer care they will escate it on the the online page is not visible that is locked thats y I purchased i dont need this network locked phone please do something purchase date 20 October 2025
Vodacom from August 2025 I've been complaining about your network service im using vodacom on my mobile phone my husband pays home wifi we in community of property what's mine its his its now October still having issues that's not being resolved I tired your fb channel b4 I came this side but still no help technical term is aware your matter will be fixed that's our everyday response we pay you vodacom you debt everymonth you have brought nothing but division in my house we fight everyday because of this useless network that's eating my children's money for nothing I think its time to cancel my husband's account with you guys and reason for termination will be network issues that doesn't get resolve and part ways im sick and ****en tired of this ****en network or just because we are in blacks area from August till now everyday same issues we can't work from home, we can't watch TV even simple WhatsApp we have to load airtime in our capitac Sim onother extra money please fix this before tomorrow or kindly call my husband I will be with him for contact cancelation I've been very patient
Good day vodacom since well we cant be help this is my second hello Peter post with out help can you kindly restore our network the whole of evaton west doesn't have network i personally use vodacom the whole family i can't make call, sms even internet connection i work from home this is the second week with out service we call we Facebook but no action for me to send this post i have to take a taxi to pamsprings mall to access my emails and sms , you guys promised on Monday to call you called to me it rang once and voice mail when I go next location to make a call no one answers I went to Facebook this is their response Please try the following steps: 1. Change your Network mode to another option (GSM Only/4G Only) 2. Do a manual Network selection and choose any other network besides Vodacom. You will receive an error. Repeat the process and then choose Vodacom. 3. Switch your device off/on to refresh the sim card and device. Let us know if you are still experiencing the problem. I explained its been two full weeks without Services my husband's pays full amount every month for wifi but still today no network but vodacom what's full amount, WHAT ABOUT OUR JOBS CAN YOU TRY TO RESTORE OUR NETWORK IT DRAINING AND COST US MONEY FOR TRAVELS TO RESPOND AND WORK SOMEWHERE WELL VODACOM DEBITS US My husband call on Thursday the lady said she will sms ref number till today we still waiting for restoration of network and second ref number
Vodacom evaton west ext 4 has network problem and we call everyday we Facebook them answer is Hi there Lerato, We are aware of the network related issue in the area and our technical networks team is working hard to get the network and service restored. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused. We appreciate your patience and understanding in the meantime. Its been months now this happening ive been patient we pay Wi-Fi we all use voda sim our lives are stucked please can we have help this side we work from home we cant ascess internet and call vodacom please help us
