I was initially called by Lerato Letsiba, I don't know where she got my details from but she was following on the recent decline I got for purchasing a house, she pitched that they can help me to get approved ASAP. However Lerato **** on my profile saying that I was under debt review which was a blunt lie as my decline was due to the recent big purchase that I had made and only needed to wait it out for a while. I made a biggest mistake of my life by failing for her **** and now I am made to pay for it. I requested for a cancelation a week after the subscription and that is where I was now being ignored. I was then given another email to send my request but no one bothered to respond back. I kept calling and was now tossed between Dimakatso and Jeanine. My account has been debited without anyone bothering to update me about my cancelation. Now I am being surmonned with a letter of demand stating that I should pay the full subscription that was charged for the 12 months and should do it in 20 days. I am being threatened that a case will be opened against me. So in a nutshell they are saying they don't have a cancelation fee and that I should pay for a service I am not going to get. Vuka credit fix is here to destroy us given that I was not even given time to go through the policy but was rushed into signing documents and accepting the mandate that they blocked FNB to have access from, so I cant dispute anything in this case
The service here can be so bad especially once they have you as a customer. I am currently renting to buy a car from them and my experience is so bad. This car has been problematic since the first month, decided to give it sometime. Car was booked into the workshop and no one will call you to update you about it until you decide to call them by yourself. This car has been booked again and still no one is updating me unless I call in. The people here don't take anyone serious including the manager (Sandy) and the maintenance guy (Ndumiso) will keep promising lies and never delivers. Is like once they speak to you after you make a lot of effort they forget about you immediately. As I'm writing the car is still at the workshop, I'm paying for a car I'm not using. I'm currently having no car to use as they are not bothered to assist me. Now I'm really stuck and trying to change the car they are still giving me issues still and delaying the whole process, yet they said I could change the car any time. Renting a car at SA motor lease was the worst decision I have ever made. I am not happy at all and will not recommend anyone to go here unless your patience bar is full.
Mankweng hospital has a very bad service... I have been here for more than 2 hours with a child who has been bitten by a snake and even now we are still waiting to be helped. Tried to reach out and they said the are having emergencies and one of the security guards said the only emergency they attend to is once transported by an ambulance. I have seen people coming in bleeding and still not being attended to so I have a lot of questions about this hospital. Seen some 2 nurses just walking pass one of the patient who was lying down helplessly and the nurses didn't seem to care to check if he is still ok or not. Some parents are also complaining that they have been here since 7pm but yet no help has been given. This is the worst hospital I have ever been to that does not prioritise people. I am so disappointed in Mankweng hospital ..... someone should please fix this hospital before more lives are lost.
Beware of this scammers Mr Ledwaba on 0797424732 and Mr Radebe on 0664610819. They come in the name of working for BMW Rosslyn Plant advertise a whole lot of permanent positions and demand payments. They work to scam people I have been scammed about R1250 and they wanted more. They are very persuasive and promise you the world that they can't offer. Please beware of them when you call BMW they don't even know them they because they don't work for BMW.
I called this company and the phone was answered by Jimmy who was so rude to me. So unprofessional, he answered the phone and decided to just go and speak with other people for about 1 minute when he came back he just answered and unapologetically said how can he help me. When i asked him why he was not talking to me as I have called and will now lose airtime. He said is busy with a customer and will call me back. Before I could even say what I called for he just went on and left me on the phone by myself. I regret ever calling this company and will take my business else where.
Made the worst mistake of my life and migrated to MTN signed up a contract that I was not aware it was binding me. Now I want to cancel it and remain on prepaid the worst network is telling me about paying the early cancellation fee that I told them that I won't even be able to afford because my reason for canceling is that I'm now unemployed. When I don't pay the mere R99 I must pay monthly they deactivate my line. I made a stupid mistake for migrating to MTN I going back to Vodacom and will stay there forever. Please guys don't do the mistake I did
Their Fraud Analyst- Malebo Mamaregane was such a brilliant worker who saved me from being scammed. I can confidently say I do not regret opening a business account with FNB today because of her. She was so helpful and very friendly we spoke like we know each other.
I recently requested a quote from Army Warehouse which claimed to sell G20 Alpha Tactical boots received their quote with no hassle, then when I confirmed and placed an order. Their promise was to deliver within 2 days to Johannesburg from Port Elizabeth. I then made payments and send them a proof of payment. By God's grace my bank (FNB) called me and requested their details so that they can confirm if it's legit only to find that it was a big scam. This people are actually based in Soweto and they just opened the account specifically for my order. Be warned never buy anything from them. The sales reps name was Raymond Ellis.
NSFAS is such a scam I have been owing them roughly R9000 but due to being unemployed i couldn't pay them back immediately and therefore have accumulated an interest of R3000 meaning that i have to pay back around R12000 now. I finally got a job and made arrangements to repay, been paying them on a monthly basis now since March but unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I lost a job and couldn't pay for last month August and now surprisingly they have added an interest charge of R2500 of which I don't even understand how it was calculated over the outstanding balance of R3300. So now it means I owe them R5800 this doesn't make sense at all. I'm trying to call the offices but there is no answer I don't know now who to take this up with as I wont be able to pay all this nonsense. NSFAS is my worst nightmare tight now I have better things to be dealing with than this ****.
Got a call from Nkululeko Vilakazi if I still remember the surname correctly he said he is calling from ADA which is in corporation with NCR he said. So to keep a long story short, due to me refusing to give out my FNB account number,he got one of his colleagues who I think goes by the name of Lindokuhle who then insulted me and told me that I have debts and that he is sending people to come reposes my things that he spent even mention what they are. They are so unprofessional and I still don't know what they do or even what needs to be reposed
