Do not expect any repairs service from Samsung. Have ********** my elderly mother on fridge repairs. Keep sending a technician and charging call out fees and after replacing many parts all at costs aren't able to get the fridge working. Now wanting to charge more call out fees and also replace the PC board at additional costs but can't give refund on the parts that was replaced that didn't solve the issue. If your diagnostic tools are so great, why didn't it pick up the fault the first time. Reference 1203710945 - their service is extremely poor
Please be wary of having any repairs done by these ******, led by Manager Rafik and his team. They will keep sending a technician to do repairs and it will not resolve the issue. After which they will request more repairs to be done until they are unable to resolve the issue, but then no refunds given back on the works completed as they then state the parts are now secondhand. Full of promises but never get resolved!!
Ordered an item online on 23 November and after no updates started mailing their support address only to be ignored for weeks. 18 December received a phone call trying to blame me for incorrect delivery address, although I specifically stated it to be delivered to a nearby Postnet as part of their offering. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. Then received an email stating that the item I bought was out of stock. Worst service experienced and will definitely be boycotting them!
Please avoid at all costs. No help and lack of assistance or urgency. Very ********* and unprofessional. Asking my elderly mother to just sign blank contracts without any explanation or assistance.
Please be careful when doing business with Villa 16-2 as the owner advertises over numerous 3rd party platforms but the double book the accommodation to see where she can find the best price only to ruin an entire vacation a month in advance, after all flights and plans were made.
<p>Having to deal with Discovery Call Centre and support team surely must be the most terrifying experience ever. On each occasion getting the standard response from different person saying we will deal with your issue over next 3 - 5 days. Then just always trying to blame the issue on the 3rd party even after proving all the facts. </p>
