Firstly: Pretoria Arms has a automated answering service that is not managed effectively. I phoned on a Saturday to no availability. This is very frustrating as I came very far(200+ km) Secondly: There is only one person that work with licencing and application?? We had a meeting and arrangements with Hannelie Vlok to drop a firearm at the shop that had to be transferred to Pretoria Arms stock. Just to realize Hanlie doesnt work on weekend's. The lady working behind the counter said I had to return on Monday....? The question raised is , there is no one else that can do the paperwork? Regardless after some discussion and phone calls the firearm qas transferred to the stock... Thirdly: Even though the personal was friendly one could note that this was only a front. The young lady was helpfull yet the other lady behind the till was biting her lip in containment. The scenario of forcfully being friendly is functionally visible and known. I dont feel at home in this shop and give them 2 stars.
Shocking that Standard bank i surance has no compassion to action claims in reasonable time. We had a lightning strike just after Christmas. The claim was registered and up until now there has been little to no response from Standard bank insurance. The reality is that the incident happend only a few days before we went on leave and decimated the electric fence and alarm system. Because of the risk of burglary while im not home and the lack of response from Standard bank insurance I had to appoint a contractor to repair the damage. Now I am struggling to get any response for any form of repayment..... No feedback, no response and definitely a serious misused "fortune" to use Covid as the reason why no one repond or do their work. There is no words to explain my frustration.
Third time I tried doing business with Ketelkraal , second time I made a purchase and never received my goods. After numerous attempts to contact them there was an agreement to replace my good with other items that is available( to the same value) I recieved replacement good to only half the value I paid. Pathetic service and downrite dont care about fairness in dealing with clients.
I made a purchase yet the delivery address is wrong. I contacted Kerelkraal for a week via E mail, phone , whatsapp and ,sms. I only recieved a message back that the person is busy and that I have to send a watsapp. It has been days since I made payment and noone comes back to me and or respond to any of my messages and or call. I wont buy from them again...
<p>I am really disappointed in Wesbank, I am purchasing a vehicle from a private seller and applied online for finance.</p> <p>After the online application (24 July) I received an initial reply stating that a service consultant will contact me within 48 hours.</p> <p> After the lapse of 48 Hours (26July) I phoned to follow up on my application and was informed that they have received my request and that I have to be patient Wesbank will contact me. (27 July)Another 24 Hours lapsed only to be informed that the request is in progress yet I should grant then to the close of business to receive feedback.</p> <p>(28 July) The next morning I still haven’t heard anything and phoned again and was informed to allow a hour or two to complete the necessary checks. In the 4 days window I have gathered all the requested documents ie... pay slips, proof of address, bank statement, sellers detail, copy of the natis, insurance etc. and mailed it to Wesbank and the agent to eliminate additional delays. By now it was Friday and I had to keep the seller happy in explaining that Wesbank is in the process of working on my application. I paid the first insurance installment to ensure the new insurance is effective.</p> <p>The car went for and inspection with the dealer (Dekra is very far from my location) for a AA full technical inspection and for the roadworthy test.</p> <p>Monday morning I phoned again to ascertain what the progress was..... By now the application has been with Wesbank for 7 days only to find out they need the seller contact detail and a copy of the Natis documents (again?)</p> <p>By the close of business the seller was contacted but due to poor service reception arrangements was made to phone again first thing Tuesday morning. By 10:30 on Tuesday I phoned again only to find there has been no attempt to contact the seller? By now I was steaming!</p> <p>A mail with additional required documents was sent to the seller (by now 9 days) after the application was submitted. I. Do not know why Wesbank lack dedication and drive to get the application done, why does it take 9 days to attempt in sending the requirements to the seller?</p> <p>The agent explained to me that it is the end of the month and he is busy? Also that he is waiting for me....for me.? Yes Mr Wesbank agent..... if you take 9 days to request documents from the seller of the vehicle he will be ****ed.</p> <p>POOR SERVICE FROM WESBANK</p> <p>I am so frustrated with their lack of ownership and dedication to do their job yet at this stage I have no choice otherwise I lose out on a great buy</p> <p>The worst of all is Wesbanks complaint lines don’t work........I have to say that it doesn’t surprise me.</p> <p>This is the last finance from me. Wesbank....you lost a client for life!</p> <p> </p>
