Cartrack's client service is useless and pathetic. I only need to make a apointment to move the unit from one car to another. Put two online request for call back, and tried too phone them 3 times a day only to hang up after 5min of holding. If they cant even manage the basics, how are the gonna recover a car
Soo I come to share my pathetic experience with this company. As stated on a previous review, they just dont care about giving any service. I still dont have a crankshaft that is worth using. Soo effectively I have paid them alot of money do damage my crankshaft to such an extent that it is irreparable. Please avoid this company.
Worst service and workmanship I have come across in my life. After two attempts at repairing my crank I now have to s**** the crank and they just dont care. Please avoid this company.
The worst service I have received in my life. Been struggling with poor and slow internet for the last two months and Jenny doesn't seem to care or at least try to rectify the problem. Spend half of my monthly installment on phone calls to Jenny and every time I just recieve false promises. Would not recomend their services to anyone.
Standard bank insurance is pathetic. I have been struggling more than 2 weeks now to get a claim sorted out. First I made a phone call to which I had to hold for more than 15min and alot of airtime later no luck, I then put in a complaint and was told a consultant would contact me, still waiting? Next day another call and hold for 15min and no awnser. Sent email to ********** got a reply only this week. And also nothing is being done. Friday I went to Standardbank Vaal Mall, again made a call, after 37min I was helped and was told the plumber would come out the same day, still waiting for the plumber? Sent a email to the consultant who helped me on Monday ********** and still got no reply. While all this lack of service is happening, my ceiling is about to collapse. This is unacceptable service!!!
Very bad and slow internet, got a 8 - 12 Mbps package, but the last month our average speed has been only 4 Mbps. I phoned the call center, after exhausting my airtime the consultant said that he would look into the problem and call back, still waiting for the call, like all the other call back requests which never happened, and still got slow internet.
<p>I HAVE CONTACTED VODACOM CUSTOMER CARE AND LEGAL DEP I WENT TO STORES MANY TIMES TO GET A LETTER THAT I HAVE PAID UP MY VODACOM ACCOUNT. I SKIPPED 1 MONTH AND THEY DO THIS TO ME. ALL I WANT IS A PAID UP LETTER TO SAY THAT I HAVE PAID MY ACCOUNT AND THAT IS NOT IN ARREARS ANY MORE. I HAVE BEEN STRUGGLING A MONTH TO GET THIS LETTER. I HAVE EMAILED 'CUSTOMER CARE DOCUMENTS' ********** NO RESPONSE.. I HAVE COMPLAINED. NO RESPONSE. WHAT MORE CAN I DO TO GET A RESPONSE.CUSTOMER CARE HAS A DIFFERENT STORY EVERY DAY.
