Booked a bus from Durban to PRETORIA, the bus left at 21h45 as opposed to 21hoo hours. Booked a return bus to Durban for 20hoo hours. The bus didn't arrive until 00h14 There was a shuffle along with people waiting for the 21hoo passengers and 22hoo passengers The supervisors on shift were not explaining what was happening or why we were delayed I had to call the call centre to complain before a bus was to be sent to us. Another problem was before this wed see buses dropping people off and leaving empty. The bus has now broken down in PMB, we requested they book us a taxi to take us to Durban and we're refused because of insurance reasons. I called the call centre and spoke to Asemahle and Zamxolo requesting a partial refund so as to exclude the company from their "INSURANCE" worried and was told that they will get back to me after taking my number. On follow up they've stopped taking my calls. I spoke to WESLEY at the Durban offices who had explained the reasons for not getting a taxi and requested the number for the manager *****fuses to authorize. Wesley also failed to explain how the insurance issue of us taking a taxi and some of the other passengers loading on and standing on a bus that came by was different. I called the head office and the number would reject me constantly.
Had a lovely stay at this accomodations over the weekend, chilled and beautiful.
I booked a bus from Durban to PRETORIA 27th November. The bus arrived and left late, now granted that part was understandable apology messages and all. The problem now comes yesterday when I booked a bus back to Durban meant to leave at 20h00 First problem was bus also arrived extremely late, waiting 4 hours for a bus is not acceptable. At the JHB base (park station ) none of the employees would explain anything with regards to the delay and why there's a delay, we kept seeing buses coming in for dropoff and and leaving empty with no explanation. Mind you this now included the passengers who'd been waiting for the 21h00 and 22h00 buses I called the call centre and one of the consultants I spoke to was Papi who mentioned that 2 buses were en route. The busses arrived and there was a Mish mash with everyone now getting on the bus irrespective of the time of their departure. I called again requesting that they at least have another 2buses so we may all get on preventing some sort of stampede. This we got and the buses left at 00:14 Our bus is now stuck at PMB broken down, the only bus available was full and the people who managed to get in others were standing. Us left behind then requested to at least be put into a taxi and they cited insurance issues. My question then is, how are those insurance issues of putting is in a taxi different to those of people being overloaded in a bus. THIS WAS SAID BY WESLEY from the Durban offices. I called the call centre and spoke to a variety of consultants Asemahle,Zamxolo and another one requesting at least some sort of balance so I may take a taxi in a manner that excludes the company from their INSURANCE WORRIES. The response I got was that a supervisor would get back to me - they didn't I called back at the call centre and my calls were now not being answered. I went to the Aldo offices in PMB to request to call using the company phone and spoke again to Asemahle who supposedly was putting me through to the supervisor - THEY HUNG UP THE PHONE!! I then recieved a call from KYLE who stayed that unfortunately they don't usually do refunds on delays or breakdowns. My question to him then was what must happen now because I haven't had a bath, I'm hungry and frustrated and was told that he'd get back to me in ten minutes. I feel that the manner in which ELDO COACHES has handled their poor service shows their lack of care for our complaints.
I'm writing in place of my a third party colleague, (mbalenhle mkhize- 0739465604) she was expecting a delivery on the 31st from CCD couriers which was ecpected to be delivered at or by 14h30 as per conversation with Sthembile. The delivery never arrived and when she called to follow up, was told that she had been unavailable. An utter lie as Malibingwe who was meant to deliver was neither available telephonically nor did he arrive with this delivery. 1st June she spoke to Zinhle who reported that delivery was to take place today (2June). She requested that delivery be done in the morning. On follow up this morning she was given attitude by a female consultant who didn't give her name and the expected delivery is not the only delivery she has today. She furtger daid that she will deliver from 1o clock onwards even after the request for a morning delivery and my colleague is expected to wait till they come even after she's mentioned that she's not well and has been relieved to go home. Her previous request for an earlier delivery today is now no longer up for consideration.
I'd like to thank services rendered by Shafick Allow From the Retentions department at the Sandton Branch. He provided me with much needed clarity on my policy that I had previously overlooked with great patience and was very professional. He also assisted me with my car insurance policy. I'd like to complain about this company, they're a debt counseling debt reconstruction company that I joined around 2010/2011, 2013, I later found out that this compa y wasn't paying off any of my creditors and requested to be removed from their services around the abovementioned time. This was supposedly done and I was sent a confirmation email. I then paid off my creditors myself and when I checked my credit rating I found that I'm still under debt reconstruction with said company, I then communicated with them via email requesting proof of my account and services being canceled with them and was sent some form of documentation. (which incorrectly stated thaty account was cancelled because I wasn't paying them). I have since found that till today this company still hasn't removed me from their services and I still reflect as being under debt reconstruction with them. Ive been to their offices requesting an explanation as to why this hasn't been sorted and was told to bring my proof of payments/settlement letters from my creditors so that may remove me from their system (at a price) Im ****ed at this because the reason I cancelled my account with this company is due to their non payment to my creditors. I'd like your assistance with having them remove me from reflecting as being under debt counseling with them as this is severely affecting my credit score and am unable to move forward with my life.
