The process was easy provided us with everything we need its the second time using their service and still happy in such a way i tell people about them
Best service ever i dont think i will change them anytime soon
All i can say is i paid for Air and they are telling me my car fuel pipe has a problem My car is brand new, i will never ever go to BP waterfall Bakker street in midrand Apparently its a trend when you check thats what you get I blame myself for being on my phone and not checking.
I moved out because the things i complained about 2021 were not fixed and the building manager said he will fix them we did not do a checklist but when i moved out, i was told i need to fix all those things and was charge for them well i kept on sending them proof that i moved in with a lot of things not fixed and emails since they blacklisted my friend who cancelled her car parking fee but decided to blacklist her , i decided that let me pay because i don't want that to happen to me i made calls Spoke to Rebone and told me that i can still pay ,well i did settle the amount which i feel was unfair to be charged for it and guess what they updated that they received it but still black listed me , when you send emails no1 replies and i tried calling they do not answer
Dont know whats happening at Afhco i used to stay there and recommend it to my friends 2021 i moved to panama house G11 and when i moved i did a check list with Godfrey the building manager and the were no curtain rails ,broken stove ,broken shower doors a few things were a mess and the agreement was they will fix them Well only the shower door was fixed , i kept sending customer service emails to fix my flat but nothing was done. i decided to move-out and i was billed for things i complained about when moving in. they even charged me for a steam that was caused by the shower on the toilet roof. Now I'm being told i need to pay R2881, good thing i kept the photos and did a video. Noluthando told me she will call and sorting it out The first person i spoke to was Rebone Phale then 2nd Noluthando both of them ignored me. I have never missed payment with Afhco and paid more for my rent. But a lot of people say it wont be resolved my colleague's say Afhco no-longer has customer service and their credit department will ignore you
Good day Im not reporting the Doctor but the staff member working there who is doing urine testing I have never felt so humiliated and disrespected in my life. Friday 07 August 2020 i called in spoke to a certain lady to book for an appointment for monday, well i was told monday the were not going to be opened then schedule me for Tuesday 11 August 2020 time 2.30pm which was fine with me i agreed Then i drove to the place for the 1st time well it was fine i informed the gentleman and the lady at the reception i have booked Friday 07 August 2020 They gave me a card told me to go to room 5 Its my first time going there i ask a few ladies if they know where room 5 is they assist me Then showed me a lady or gentleman giving a urine stick and instructed me to go to the toilet take a silver cup use it and flash That person doesn't know how to speak to people he /she shouted at me saying did you flash the toilet, put the container there, was busy saying hey hey hey wena put it there, I dont know if she/he is frustrated or thats how he/she treats people coming there i have never been so ill treated at the doctor's place. And its not like i will be using free service i will be paying my money to be helped and i have skipped work because im not feeling well Then you go to there GP to be treated like dirt i work with people everyday im not saying a client is always right but such service from someone working with patients its a no no I just left the place without being assisted and i will never ever no matter how good people say Dr. Hira is. I will never go there i would rather spend a fortune than receive such bad service That person needs to go to training you cant work with people like that some of us are not regular patients there and you expect me to know my ways, rooms and what to do without instructing me And referring to me as a hey hey person is so rude
<p>If you're a black woman other people do take advantage of you .On the 12/08/2017,I took a car to Car Service City in Kyalami for major service which cost me R1.895 rands . Inspite of their bad reputation I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt ,I just needed to change spark plugs, filters and oil .They inspected the car and pointed many things of which I didn't agree with them as the car was running fine .i believe that didn't sit well with them because my car is now over heating just after their so called service . I feel as women we are being abused , because when I asked them about over heating they said my engine is ****ed up but I brought the car without problems . I regret mixing myself with this company .Today I have learnt that lesson the hard way .</p>
