I bought a couch from Homzy in December 2025. The corner unit was damaged in delivery but Thembi and Jaffa were very helpful to get this resolved by having the section collected, fixed and redelivered. Thank you for the great assistance. Ansuretha Oberholzer
I was looking for pool chemicals and found Mega Mica Eastgate online. They had very good pricing so I decided to risk it and place a first time order with them. What a delightful experience, fast delivery and great customer service. Will definitely support them again in future.
Dear Coricraft I reacted to your advertising in June of this year for a sale in your online shop. I received a marketing SMS and visited your online store. I placed a very small order on 21 July 2021 (Ref: #100030671) or subsequent delivery note WWS012038 Since then it has been an absolute nightmare. I have spoken with your call centre several times and each time I get told there is no stock in the warehouse, but they have found stock in a store and will have it sent to the warehouse and then delivered. I have had this same response 3 times already. In the meanwhile I keep getting emails to say my order is ready for delivery and the courier will phone me to confirm. I even had an email to say I need to pay a further R398.00 on 23 Sep (which apparently was a system error) [This is now on an original order amount of R298.00] So here we are more than 3 months later - and still nothing. I have all but given up on what must be the worst online shopping experience known to mankind. I am unsure how such a reputable company can get something so horribly wrong on an ongoing basis. I had an excellent experience with Weelee. They are very fast in terms of their turnaround (I guess also depending if you provide all the required information upfront). They make sure to stick to their agreements and the agent arrived on time and the service was excellent. They keep the customer informed throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company.
Disastrous Debonairs. Dear Debonairs. One can all understand that we are in lockdown and that demand might be a problem, but some things are just not acceptable. I did not order of my own initiative. I actually responded to your advertising... A sms advertising as follows - Take the night off & let Debonairs take over. Order our On the Double: 2 Large Pizzas for only R139.90. Delivery only, T&C's https://yum.bi/dsapp4 STOP2OUT These are my issues: 1. I placed an order from your Kempton Park outlet (Monument Road) on Friday 22 May at 12:30, for delivery at 18:00. Despite the 5.5 hours notice my order still only arrived after 19:00 and the dot was black, very black. Even the delivery guy said it was complete chaos in your Kempton Park store 2. I tried to enquire but was not able to reach the store via phone (which was permanently engaged) and the online chat agent (where I was advised that I would be connected after more than a 5 min wait) started the chat and then never responded :( 3. Despite ordering 3 different flavours everything tasted the same... And why would you cover every single Pizza with some very distasteful BBQ sause? 4 There was a piece of metal on the one pizza they looks like a tooth filling - I have a picture :( It was horrid I have no words to describe my disappointment at what was meant to be my "night off". Your words. If you do not have capacity - why would you advertise and why not advertise regionally where you are able to cope? I would really appreciate a response. Mrs A De Jager 0825225846
