On Saturday i emailed them about my wifi they said that my service is not suspended, there is no technical support available when you try phoning, the number of reception is not working it is off all the time. This is the worse wifi support i ever had. The customer service is poor ypu struggling to get hold of anyone even when you send them a Facebook message. I will not recommend anyone to go to opentel. I will cancel my services with them with immediate affect

On the 3rd of October one of the agents told me that my account will be credited if i pay the full amount of R799 and that i will only pay R259 this month i got an sms that i need to pay R529 this mont. This is realy bad service they tell you one thing and then another thing they are bad. I still have all the whats app they send me
According to Debt Rescue my husband is still under debt review but we cancelled before that they deduct the money from us as we couldn't afford the amount because he was the only one that was working at the time, know my husband needs a letter from them that they state he is not under debt review and according to them he must first pay them up to date before they can give us a letter, why must we pay them if we canceled them. Now my husband cant do anything because of them I wont leave it I will take it further the rest of the world will know what kind of people they are, they just want to take you money before they take off yo name from the system and then you are not even part of them. Really is that what you do to all the people take the money. I will never refer someone to them.
Good evening every month our Dstv is been switched off and when I phone them to asked why all they answer is that my husband made arragenments with them they will give me dates they phoned my husband. I am sick and tired of them putting off my Dstv every month after we maid payments. When they switch on my Dstv it cost us a fee for the switching on of the Dstv. When i phone Dstv they say to me that the credit department will phone my husband back and it never happens they just put an amount on their systems and a shume that is the amount my husband will pay. I asked the for the voice recordings where my husband told them but I did not got an answer. Pleasr help.
