I ordered goods in Feb 2020. It is already June 2020 and I have not received anything. I was able to track the order, it says it has been delivered to the destination country on the 23rd of March 2020. I recently checked again because I know our post offices have been closed because of the Coronavirus. When I checked, the order could no longer be tracked. Wish has not been helpful at all, they ignore messages and emails. I will never order from Wish again.
In the passed few months I have received poor quality food (mouldy) from Montego on two occasions. The first time I dealt with it privately on Facebook and was resolved, I left it at that and continued to feed my dog the food. The second time, more recently I received another mouldy batch. I this time posted to their Facebook page. The reason I am posting this is not that it was not dealt with and refunded (because I will never purchase this food again) the reason I am posting here is because Montego has deleted the post of mine from their Facebook page. Now I understand that its their page, their business and can do as they please, but you cannot hide these things from your clients. When you start hiding this from others you lose complete trust. My gut feeling was correct. Montego is not being upfront about this and does not want to ruin their reputation understandably BUT You ruin your reputation further when you start deleting the truth from social media platforms. I will never purchase another Montego product ever again. Maybe this is also why my dog has had two seizures in the last year because of the mouldy Montego dog food he has been receiving. There is no need to respond to my review.
This medical aid advertised and confirmed that ALL their plans will cover Sports injuries. When I emailed them to ask about it. So I commented on one of their ads that they are basically selling a brand that Clicks sells called Dorco, Shave Union has just removed the name on it and charges double the price. They ended up blocking me from the page and deleted my comment. Anyways atleast Im no longer being ripped off. Easier to just go buy the product for half the price from Clicks. Had a billing query which I thought would be sorted out quickly. But it has been almost 2 weeks and no response. They tell you unlimited dentist visits but I ended up paying the dentist over R700 for basic procedures. What is the point of paying thousands a month, use the doctor twice a year and dentist twice a year, but end up paying in money. Makes no sense. Terrible service in terms of response times.
