This is by far THE WORST property management agency I have ever encounter. I can’t list each and every dismal experience or activity linked to this company as it’s so far and vast. Do not buy a property that is managed by Berader or lease a property managed by Berader. STAY AWAY
I have been making use of MIM Maintenance services for the past 2 years and I can honestly say that they are very good. Tapiwa is very precise with his work and ensures his team does the best. My renovation is complete and I still contact him for general maintenance and handy man work. He is very accommodating and super helpful with everything. Highly recommended.

Tatum van Staden is one of the most polite, and pleasant agents that I have interacted with. Very efficient and proactive.
What a horrible experience, to date. Little to no contact with me beinng the client. Constant reminders through whatsapps, emails. Follow ups and no progress. I would be lucky to receive any comms back within that day. I thought Carl Olivier would have given me an update of anything that was supposed to be worked on but nothing. Because there was no progress. Would I recommend his services, not anymore and not to anyone I know. His s****s as a business owner and operator need to be seriously considered. Thankfully he works in a small town in the EC as he would never handle the work pressure of other business districts. Unfortunately it's a hard no from me.
Very poor prepaid metering system. Incorrect charges at different times of the month making it impractical and frustrating to use. This is not helpful when wanting to budget your electricity spend to ensure more environmental consciousness. Very poor response rates when you do query the irregular charges. I wouldn't recommend this prepaid metering system for private use or to body corporates
A prepaid metering system is supposed to be practical and efficient for the person using it. This system is neither of that. This system is amateur and requires more development as it does not allow the user to monitor, budget, or effectively plan their electricity usage. Very poor product. Not recommendable for any private user or complex user.
Surien Naidoo had an excellent understanding of my needs as a client of Auto and General. This was not an ordinary sales call. I felt like I was talking to one of my own personal brokers. Probably the best call centre phone calls that I have ever experienced. If a sales managers position opens up at Auto and General I would highly recommend SURIEN NAIDOO for that role. He has valuable experience that should be taught to all his colleagues in the call centre field. I was quite critical in my valuation of him as I myself have also worked in a call centre so I know. This guy was great and wouldn't want to be contacted by anyone else but SURIEN NAIDOO.
