My husband got a fine for R500. On the 14th of July 2025 my husband paid a fine to Fines4u and sent proof of payment to them for the amount of R592. They said no discount on this fine. Just to make sure i emailed and asked if the fine was paid. Yes it is paid they rep****. In September we got a notification that the fine was now R250 and is still outstanding. I contacted Cornelia (the owner) and she once again asked for proof of payment. I asked her about the discount now showing and she said it is their fee for paying the fine. Fantastic! Yet it still show outstanding towards my husband's name! It was again emailed to her. No response after the email. I sent her messages about 2 weeks later and once again asked for proof of payment. Once again i sent it to her. She said it is paid. I checked on "PayMyFines" and it showed that the fine was not paid yet. She said i must be on a wrong web as it has been paid. The sarcastic response towards me was very upsetting and she now refuse to read any further messages. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE, THE COMMUNICATION IS NON EXCISTANT AND THEIR ATTITUDE STINK!

Be extremely careful of MTN callers wanting you to upgrade. You are busy in your daily things and do not realize what is really happening! Yesterday we got called and somewhere somehow there was a misunderstanding. When my husband went to Amanzimtoti MTN store he realized all 3 contracts has been changed and was not happy with it. THe store did not bother to help or could not help. I asked a lady at Newton park MTN to please help. Charlene Weideman has tried everything, she has been in contact right though the day. Thank you! I tried everything but we still battle to get these upgrades reversed. I spoke to a Neledi at customercare@mondo.co.za and she assured me it was being reversed. Yet Mrs Weideman found it not to be true. Since MTN started we have been a customer, yet we still get treated as a number not a client. We want all contracts to revert back to what it was on the 10th of November. WE ARE NOT HAPPY THAT THIS CAN NOT BE STOPPED. Even a Debi check has been approved on the one contract without our knowledge!!!
Order #16291 On the 5th we ordered from PC LINK COMPUTERS. On the 10th of March, you said that stock is currently being processed and that you will notify me as soon as it has been despatched. This is now 33 days later and still no delivery of the spares or indication on when I will be receiving these items. On the 14th of April you said that the spares was being despatched that week. I have not received an email to confirm that the spares are on their way..... and we are still waiting! Hopefully we will receive it sometime soon.... you client service is disgusting and your promises is not trustworthy! You are not even worth a one star.
Ek het my bakkie na HI Q Green Acres gevat om aan te werk (1ste keer). DIe bakkie het links getrek en draai skerper links as regs die keer word stuurwiel afgehaal en bla bla nou sal hy reg wees....mmm. (2de keer nou daar.... Kry hom terug en daar trek die bakkie nog steeds links (3DE KEER TERUG) Trek nog steeds links. Kry terug en bakkie trek nog steeds links en daar is 'n klap geluid. Ek bel en praat met Derick en hy lig my in dat nou sal die bande omgeruil word, dis dalk die probleem.... voor ek dit doen besluit ek iemand anders te skakel vir nog 'n opinie. Vanoggend vat ek die bakkie na die persoon vir 'n 2de opinie toe om asb tog net te help kyk. Hy trek die bakkie in hul perseël en daar is 'n helse geluid. Ek hardloop om na die linkerwiel en se wag ek wil gou 'n video vat. ... Mense die spacers is los!!!!!!! Die wiel sou los skeur en ek sou die bakkie geflip het. Die antwoord: ek kon dood verongeluk het en die voertuig is lewens gevaarlik soos hy is!!! Ek bel vir Derick by Hi Q en die lag my toe uit toe ek met hom praat. Kyk toe verloor ek elke gryntjie ordentlikheid. Ek het betaal vir uiterse swak diens wat ons lewe kon gekos het. Ek sal in my lewe nooit weer dat Hi Q Green Acres aan my rygoed vat nie. Dit is swak diens en vakmanskap! Ek is so oor swak diens in die motor industrie!!!
SCAM. SCAM!!! It was almost the worst mistake of my life! I am looking for a rottweiler puppy and got onto Elizabeth puppies.... boy oh boy, after a lot of things not adding up, i phoned my sister inlaw to go view the pup. After i got the adress 22 Nahoom valley, East London, 5241, i viewed it on google - it is a normal house..... how could there be so many pups? I asked if the pup could be viewed there, as it is a house only with so many dogs and pups? mmmm I GOT BLOCKED STRAIGHT AWAY. i googled the phone number i was talking to on whatsapp, quess what? It is all over google as spam. number 0710916633 PLEASE PEOPLE WAKE UP, WE LIVE IN A CRAZY WORLD.
So i am ready for a upgrade. So happy! Decided to get the Huawei matt 10 Porsche Design as advertised. Only to find out a week later there is nothing in South Africa. My order has not even been placed yet. Wanted to speak to the manager of the store but Devon intercepted this and made promises that he would phone me every day to keep me updated. Now he sent me the Huawei rep's telephone number/. Really is this how we get treated? We have been with MTN since it started in this country. Why do you advertise a phone that you do not even have stock off? When do you intend getting it? Should i cancel this contract together with the others as well?
I have ordered a product from them, not reading the fine print on the left of the page. As i wanted to order the second product i saw this is a scam, getting people to buy these products - you only pay for postage, but then they force you to buy the product at the cost of hundreds of rand every month. There is no way of stopping this as emails gets returned undelivered. Phone does not work either!!!!! I tried to cancel it minutes after the transaction went though, but i can not get hold of them!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I DO NOT WANT THIS ANYMORE, IT SEEMS LIKE THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!! IF NOT..... CANCEL MY ORDER AND RETURN PAYMENT, AS I CAN NOT GET HOLD OF YOU .
