If there was an option to not pick any star that's what I would click on No one-on-one contact with an agent possible Even emails are responded to by a machine generated response All comms returned by AI or such Temu really does need to source a better agent in SA as Buffalo has clearly got too busy and cannot cope
Their outsourced marketing department keep on phoning me to offer an upgrade and free instalment - they never follow up with an email and I am left waiting for the next call when I repeat it all again!
So disappointed with ADT - after 21 years of being a loyal customer I find out that I am paying almost 3x as more as all my neighbours/friend whom I have mostly introduced to ADT and where I have recommended ADT (and in one instance that they stay with ADT) - some neighbours even benefitted with a 6-month free initiation charge! Is this how loyalty is rewarded??
Vodacom has failed to honour their promise to cancel a sim card on my contract and to refund the two months premiums / subs that have been included in the monthly statements - I have been trying to give notice since month end Aug 2025 with NO success. Staff at local Herm**** branches are AMAZING - the Vodacom brand is however let down by the call centre and customer help centre
Only giving one star because I cannot find less to award to this company. I have been trying to cancel a cell number since July 2025 and even with the help of my local two Vodacom outlets (who have been fantastic) I am still paying for a service that I no longer need - out of pocket for 3 months now!!!!
I passed the module that I was enrolled for during the first week of April 2024 - it is now 9 weeks later and I have still not received my certificate - and no response to my many many requests - I now have a career opportunity that I cannot explore as I do not hold the certificate
After posting my initial One Star Rating I have been amazed at the excellent service that I have received from Anna, who reached out to me within 24 hours, Nancy and Vivian. Vivian spent almost an hour with me on Saturday morning to ensure that the software was downloaded correctly and that we could retrieve my company/ies. Well done to these three ladies - my confidence in Sage Pastel has been restored.
SAGE PASTEL not responding to urgent emails - how does one conduct a business without a reliable and efficient service provider when backup is needed??
We cannot fault our current council and administration - the recent floods are another fine example of how quickly , effectively and efficiently they take control and get things done - we extend our appreciation to the entire team at Overstrand Municipality
Online application for a business garage card has failed four times now - after taking the time to complete the required information (four times) the application is rejected and cannot be processed (all four times) Now a consultant is going to phone me and my phone will more than likely recognise the number as SPAM as all calls from a call centre are seen as being spam / unwanted - I urgently need to apply for a Business Garage Card and cannot go to a branch and wait for over 45 minutes for assistance
