I ordered an item online from Makro but when I received it the product was wrong. I contacted them but apart from an automated reply with a number several times no comunication from them at all. No money back or nothing!
Recently bought Moir's red glace cherries 200 grams ,whole and broken, it turned out to be only 180 grams. Not nice as they are expensive as well as a nuisance when you need a certain amount for your recipe!
We enquired about the use of a card machine but had to postpone the date. They (Cwayita.Ntlanganiso) just took of a monthly amount off on our account eventhough we never received nor used a machine. She promised to reverse the amount but after many complaints still has not done this!! Beware and check!!
We order a bathroom robe and payed. Next we heard that it had to come from the UK and needed to pay custom duty!! This we did and now they say they don't have stock!!
We bought and paid on line for an Ipad cover. We have now ,more then a month later ,still not received it . The first email query they replied that they had not received our payment eventhought we did send them proof of payment from the bank so we re-emailed our proof of payment after that no more communications from their side!!
I renewed my contract with MTN almost 4 weeks ago and the phone that comes with it i still haven't got, I contact them continuously and they promise but nothing arrives. I contacted consumer care, they don't seem to care!
