Dear Nissan South Africa, I am writing to express my extrem frustration nd disappointment with the service I have received . It has now been over a week since I took my car to the Nissan dealership for repairs, and yet it still remains unfixed. I have been constantly shuffled back and forth between the dealership and Nissan South Africa with no resolution in sight. It's unacceptable that I've been left without a vehicle for so long, and the lack of communication and concern has been unhelpful and frustrating. As someone who relies on their car for work, the absence of my vehicle has caused me significant inconvenience and financial loss. I've had to take leave from work because I don't have a car, which has affected my livelihood. It's very disappointing that Nissan South Africa has prioritized internal issues over client satisfaction. I feel like I've been involved in your internal issues, which has led to a lack of attention to my problem. It's unfair that I've been made to suffer because of internal issues and inefficiencies. At the very least, I expect to be provide with a loan vehicle or a rental car until my car is fixed. This would demonstrate some level of commitment to customer satisfaction and help mitigate the inconvenience caused.
I brought a brand new Toyota Etios 1.5 Xs 2019 in Pinetown. 09 April 2022 I was in an accident head-on collision driving at 90km an hour the airbag failed I'm very disappointed with Toyota Etios, the car is not safe.
Bad service and very unprofessional Fury Mazda Pinetown, never again will recommend anyone, Salesman Siyanda ask clients on dates, harass them calling at night, going to their work place even the gym, find that very unprofessional.
My account has been blocked and only the customer service is able to unlock my account and I am not able to get hold of customer service, I am forever on hold and its frustrating because I need to check my credit score.
In the month of July I cancel a policy with clientele but they still continued to debit my account on 30/07/17 I went to the bank they told me they cant help me I have to contact clientele I contacted clientele and they told me policy cancelled but they still continued to debit my account on 31/08/17 I am not happy at with the service I am getting from Nedbank and even thinking of closing my bank account
