King Price Insurance has seriously compromised my safety with their poor handling of a front suspension repair. Despite the panel beaters being cooperative, King Price caused serious delays and only partially approved the necessary work. Shockingly, they authorized replacing only one shock absorber—something any driver knows is unsafe and unacceptable. After picking up my vehicle, I experienced a frightening moment on the highway when the steering felt disconnected from the wheels whilst in motion at just under 100km/h. If I weren’t an experienced driver, this could have led to a terrible accident. I am now forced to take my car to Mercedes-Benz for a proper safety check post the repairs because at this point I don’t even trust that King Price used genuine or safe parts. I am glad to be ending my association with King Price. I strongly advise anyone considering their insurance to think twice—your safety should never be at risk like mine was.
Good day, today I ordered less than items for delivery from PicknPay around 16:28 , delivery was initially promised for 17:30 and then 18:00 and then 18:30, I called the customer center several times to query about the order and up to now no one knows anything and the urgent hung up on me. Pick n Pay must just close the service if it’s too much for them because now they are close and I am heavily inconvenienced because I need to use some of the items for my guests here at the house. I need my money back into the account from which it was debited and not a credit on the app because I will not use it again. Regards
Good day, I last used my credit card on 30/04/2019 and noticed this when loggin onto the app on the 04/05/2019. I immediately reported this to standard bank and also disabled the card on App. My banker asked me to go to a branch in order lodge a fraud case. I went in around 6/7 May and they put through their call center which deals with such cases. My card was used to carry out fraudulent transactions amounting to around R70 000 and funny enough I didn't receive any notifications of such transactions on my phone at any point. I was advised that they will conduct an investigation and revert back within 48 hours. I do not share my pin with anyone.I didn't receive a call and followed up to which I was told that Standard bank in intending to close the case because the pin was used. When I asked for details if they can provide further details why I did not receive any notifications or alert on transactions, they mentioned that they such information is confidential and they therefore cannot refund me. I do not share my pin with anyone and the credit card was run out and also more transactions were done even after the date of stopping use of card on the app and also after phoning, how possible can this really be? I'm getting calls from the very same standard bank collections division to inform me that I have reached the limit and need to start paying where as the investigation has really not been done. Can some one please really look into my case and conduct a thorough investigation, there have even been atm withdrawals and I'm sure standard bank can help to identify the perps as I cannot afford to payoff such debt due to a fraud conducted. Purchased the BMW 330LCI in 2015, the handling of this car is bad. When you drive off the wheels change direction as if you losing control even when on sport+ mode, handling is just terrible. Mind you the car is still under warranty, this is just bad from BMW. The body makes an aweful brrr sound when playing music loudly, but when I press on the side skirt the sounds goes quiet. It's just a classic case of bad assembly. the front bonnet cover came in fitted scew, this car was on 0kms when I bought . I took it in to Alberante to be made straight but still it came back skew. This is the worst I've had from BMW, I'm really thinking of crossing floors...there's no sheer driving pleasure anymore it's just sluggish!

I have sent the proof of payment and required documents but I am not getting any feedback from your cipc contacts and also complaints.
