Got a call from Rosina to let me know the vehicles battery was dead and that the unit was dead
I sent my claim in the Monday. Was processed immediately. Tash Tom called to let me know that payment was approved. Tash was very friendly and even answered another question I had that wasn't her dept. You are a 5 star Tash

The company I work for used Servest parking services and in November 2018 the contract came to an end. As they rarely sent me any invoices/statements i always automatically paid on the 1st working day of the month and did so in December 2018. At the end of December I got an invoice from the new company which i paid assuming that it would be for January. I was sent a statement from the new company saying i was month behind and upon investigation i found out that i paid Servest for an extra month. I contacted them and was sent a form to fill in so that they could refund the money. I have sent numerous emails, tried to call them and even sent a please contact me on their website and still nothing. They are quick to block access to the parking for late payment but not as quick in refunding or replying to queries
My first month back with vodacom as a private client and I've already hit problems. Someone within Vodacom tried to do a sim swop on my line. When doing a sim swop it usually takes about 24 hours but the old sim still works, not so this time. It took only a couple of hours. I called 082111 and a forensic guy called me back. The transaction was reversed, but my line is still blocked as it is under investigation. This happened on the 27th November, today is the 30th November and my line is still blocked. When I call 082111 I am told I need to call a land line number. I am at home and my cell is my only line. Vodacom has made no effort to make an alternative arrangement or even keep me updated on what is going on. I am seriously think of moving to another service provider if this is the service I am going to be getting. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!
My daughter and I went to the Ucan at Game Boksburg on a Sunday. We gave the consultant Samke (who we later found out is still in training) our measurements and specifications for a pot draw unit and a microwave unit (she told us the microwave unit comes with the cupboard on top). we told her that we just wanted the microwave unit and she told us that she would design it and quote with and without the cupboard and we must come back in 45 minutes. An hour and a half she was still busy. We asked for the quote that included the cupboard on top of the microwave unit and we agreed without even looking at the other price. We paid for it and were told about 10 working days. the Wednesday we get a call that the quote was wrong and that she hadn't included the small cupboard or kick-plates (we weren't even told that there was an option of kick-plates or feet for the pot drawer). We paid the extra and waited for confirmation. Only after I called to find out if the eft had gone through did they tell me the order was ready (so it doesn't take working days). we fetched the pieces and found no diagrams on how to put it together and the kick-plate was one long piece, so I went back to Game and Samke told me that there are no diagrams as people pay the 20% for installation and that we have to cut the kick-plates ourselves. the finish of the Microwave unit is terrible and chipped and the cupboard on top has hinges that doesn't stay open when you lift it. The pot drawer unit broke when we turned it the right way up I am not asking for Ikea products but from no-knowledge consultants inferior product and bad customer services this is the worst company I have had the displeasure of using. Wasted my hard earned money with them and will never recommend them to anybody.
