Worst Training Provider Ever! Will never use their services ever again!!! Nkululeko Molaba has failed to refund our company’s money after failing to deliver training 3 times for a training which was paid in February 2025
I requested my refund and was actioned on the 22nd of April, the money has still not been paid into my account!!!
It’s been over 2 weeks since I returned an item worth R450 and this store has still not refunded me. They’ve been ignoring my emails and texts, but had the audacity to confirm receipt of the item
Worst Service ever!!! I have been calling since this morning trying to arrange for a matress they have delivered to be collected, and the consultant who initially helped me with the order Neo Ramarumo has been avoiding my calls and emails

I made an order on the 21st of December 2022 which amounted to R2285, on the 22nd of December 2022, I received a call from yellow sub trading to tell me a certain item was not available, which I also asked for them to remove the shoes I had ordered as well, of which the order amount went down to R1825. I have written numerous emails and whatsapp text enquiring about my refund of the outstanding R460 and have still not received any response
The lady has still not delivered my sister's order which she placed on the 30th of September 2022. The order is still not delivered and on her page she said orders take 1-3 days to deliver

On the 24th of October 2021, my dad was sent an email by Portia Nkosi and Reabetsoe Cheloane to confirm that an X amount was secured from their side to show that my dad was scammed that amount. Both ladies from the forensic department assured my dad that the amount would reflect in his account between 7-14 days, and ever since that day when my dad has been following up, he did not receive any feedback. I have been reading a number of stories online regarding Capitec bank's unreliability and unbecoming behaviour and I am starting to believe that this is how you (Capitec) operate, scamming people off their hard earned money and being unreliable to their promises. Please fix this!
