I have had countless bad experiences with them not sticking to a debit date ,not communicating premium increases and nobody taking accountability for shoddy service,to date I'm waiting for a manager to call me regarding a debit order that went off my account while they confirmed that they took me off their debit system to allow me to pay via eft. Now I'm paying in excess of R200 debit fees because they failed to remove me from the debit order system. I am now forced to pay the new premium but never received communication regarding it, i then requested them to put me in touch with someone who is responsible for communicating this information but still nobody bothers to call back ,I have the entire email thread to prove to them where they went wrong still nobody takes accountability. I WILL CONTACT THE OMBUDS INSTEAD AS I AM NOT GETTING ANYWHERE
I am a first time customer to their establishment,I bought a pair of Nike Airforce 1 sneakers from them on Friday. While in the shop i had no assistance the owner or manager was walking about but never offered to help.I accidentally took the wrong size,i was looking for a UK 6 and ended up with a size 4 ,however on the box it displays US 6. So i went back on Monday to ask just for a different size ,upon entering the store the Manager walked off and i was told by the staff member to read the sign. I explained to him that this is my first time purchasing from them and i read the receipt stating you are allowed to bring back the item within 7 days and nobody assisted me in the store in order to explain that policy to me, at the till point the lady who assisted me also just took payment and never explained the returns process. I think that is really unfair to not have assisted or even informed me about the returns policy ,i tried to explain that i am a first time customer and i have never heard of such policy even on sale items ,i do acknowledge that different rules or policies apply but if i wasn’t informed by any member of staff how is that transparent. I was told to sell the shoe’s to someone to get my money back and i was actually willing to add to my original purchase to take something else .
Unacceptable hygiene practices firtsly we ordered drinks and the classes are all dirty, then we find a fly in the 1 litre beverage they had on promo. When came to our food the steak sauce had hair in it now i dont know about you but that speajs volumes in terms of hygiene, ****** disgusting
Severiano April, what a legend gave me a call to assit with my debit order date but his service and willingness to go the extra mile was really refreshing. Thats how its supposed to be great stuff!!
I Bought a 2lt Coke at my local grocer just to find floating objects in it., to me it appeared like a dead insect of some sorts.I called Cokes consumer lines where I received a reference number and I was promised that a representative would come and collect the coke and I would have feedback as to what the next step would be but to date nothing has happened is there anyone out there that experienced the same I'm just being given empty promises by Coke
