Fnb changed their ebucks rules twice within 3 months and each time made it harder to earn points. There is now nothing that distinguishes Fnb from the other banks. Rather go to Discovery, Absa or evem Standard Bank/Nedbank to get proper banking and rewards
I've bought and paid off 3 cars through Wesbank. Each time there was a problem. This time, after 3months, they tell me they never received proof of payment or the required documents. Why would I follow up if I haven't sent the documents?? It was attached on 2 seperate mails. I'm baffled. I can only assume that they don't go further than providing a response.
WOW! Trenched in my garden to exactly where I wanted my fibre installed (Thank you Lansol contractors). Installed my router and activated me that same afternoon. I've never heard of such good service. Goodbye and good riddance Openserve and Mweb!!!
You are on hold for 15mins+ before you are able to speak to someone. It is pathetic. Their staff told us to wait until an Openserve rep comes to our house for installation even though we told them we have an ONT!!!! The Openserve rep called us and activated a week later. If the Mweb person just assisted us and listened, we would've saved a week of being offline. Their entire sales and accounts/billing system is a joke.
I know why you had to change your name from Telkom. Because your reputation got so bad no one wanted to work with you. Well now you're back at - 2 stara because you simply don't deliver. 3 weeks!!! And my ONT is still not activated... What's going to happen when my fibre goes down? Are we going to wait months?
3 weeks later. I have an ONT and I have my router. But they still haven't activated. No follow up, no call to give a status update. It's just terrible service. I'll cancel in the week and go to someone who wants my business.
So your system is overloaded and we can't write exams - how do you not know that you would have too many students? It's not like this happened once or twice. EVERY SINGLE YEAR this **** happens. Now you tell us to write again tomorrow (on a Saturday) after we took a full day's leave. I have to cancel all my plans which affect multiple people just because you are too incompetent to do the basic planning that you are trying to teach us.... If you ever consider studying here, be prepared to have your personal life *****ed over due to stupidity.
I have now ordered 3 Sims from FNB and the experience was great each time. They gave a personal touch to follow up and explained the fair usage policy clearly. No more vodacom and MTN contracts for 2 years. I hope fnb connect takes over the market.
We recently found out that they penalized us for almost 2% of the vehicle amount because we paid it off on a settlement quote that was due in 30days. The consultant stated that there would be no penalties yet the contract was 90days minimum. This is in the contract, so I can't contest, but for the consultant to not make this clear makes the whole business seem disingenuous.
This bank gives you so many rewards and everything online works great.
