I have had the worst experience with Intec College... Firstly, I register to do the course, no student assistance whatsoever, I cancel the course and fill in the required documentation. They still required me to pay the fees to the point whereby I escalated the matter in line with their student terms and conditions and student rights to the Ombudsman, Department of Higher Education and now receiving sms's stating that if I do not pay my account that they will hand me over. I think that their service delivery to students is absolutely shocking and i'm sorry that I ever registered to study through them but they will not see another cent from me.

I keep getting threatening emails and sms’s for a loan I did not sign up for now they wanting to send me a summons! Is this even a legal way to do things without a consultant contacting me? Spammers to the max!
I keep getting threatening emails from them as well as lawyers saying that I owe money for a loan I applied for but never received. No service delivery from them either! SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING!!
Good Day, I was somewhat disappointed with the service I received from the staff in the store at Elridge Centre yesterday being the 12/02/2018. I purchased a parker pen at the PNA at Greenstone for a gift, however, upon the person receiving the gift, it was duplicated. I wanted to return the parker pen in its original packaging and was quite happy to get some other things in the store and take the balance as a refund on my card or in cash. Yes, i do understand that according to your refund policy, a proof of purchase needs to be presented on returning of goods purchased, however, I was honest enough to say in the beginning that I was not in position of this and that I needed to obtain other things from the store and the balance could be refunded to me. The lady then proceeded to ask me which store I had purchased the pen gift set from, to which I said that I had purchased it from your PNA at Greenstone but was returning it here. She then just turned around and said that she couldn’t help me as it was not part of their chain stores. I am 28 of age and never in my entire life have I ever had an issue in returning something brought from a franchise whether it be Edgars, CNA or any other well known franchise. The attitutude from the staff member was something far from shocking. I was very disappointed at the way that the situation was handles. She did not even try in any way to assist me in returning a product that I had purchased. To me, each sale that is made in your stores keeps your doors open and helps pay your staff members. I have been a client to PNA for many years and I have never had an issue with returning goods of any value to the store no questions asked. I am pleading to you for assistance with regards to this matter as I am sitting with a product that I no longer need. It is not your fault that I no longer have the receipt for this purchase, but there must be some way that I can get some form of refund and continue to be a customer to any PNA countrywide. Your feedback with regards to the abovementioned will be greatly appreciated.
I had a debit order go off my account without any documentation received as to what I had verbally agreed to. I think that they are to quick to sign people up and send gifts out without focusing on their customer service. I have sent a mail to ********** requesting that the debit order gets refunded back to me. Think that their customer service is not up to scratch and I don't have money to throw away on something that I am not 100% sure about what I am actually investing in.
I have known for a while that other customers of MTN have had their Airtime and Data disappear and have recommended friends and family to use them and im sorry to say this but I am now very disappointed with their service. I laid a complaint with MTN yesterday the 18/09/2017 so say that my airtime and data had disappeard. I received an sms today to say that my matter had been resolved and that I had used up all my data and airtime. I know for a fact that I barely used my phone when I had received my monthly top up and this is just an excuse from their side to make more money out of their customers. I cannot wait till my contract is up with MTN so that I can move to another subscriber whom doesn't go out of their way to rip their clients off let alone steal from them. I will not be leaving this matter!
