I fly almost every week with flysafair and I'm very disappointed that I was placed in such an uncomfortable situation on an aircraft. One of your customers came in drunk and decided to touch my thigh in an inappropriate way traveling alone as a female I assumed I would have been more safe, what was more disappointing was when I complained to the staff they did not even remove him from the seat next to me instead turned a blind eye . Very disappointed .
Utter rogues. I have put a deposit r10000 to be included in an auction . My R10000 deposit allowed me to bid any car that I was interested in. It was an online bidding platform I have bid for a vehicle and receive an email stating that I was outbid I then starting bidding for another vehicle when I noticed both the vehicles was on my name before the Auction could finish I went to cancel a bid and was told that It would be done I need to speak to the Auction manager ( Gareth ) After calling and sending him emails I have no response I then got a response after a week they will take R5000 deposit and then I need to pay for another vehicle. I then received an email to make payment within 20 min otherwise the other R5000 is forfeited. Im uncertain to how this is even possible.
Wesbank is totally incompetent. It takes them more than week to reply. They do reply in their own time. It was supposed to be a private deal a seller is not going to wait more than a month for the finance. We lose out on good deals because of the lack of communication with them I have posted on all social media with the records of my calls. Really no help and satisfaction after banking for more than 10 years time to move my bank.
My worse experience in a restaurant. Galleria Orientals I waited at the play area for assistance for about 10 minutes thereafter I walked to the door where all the waiters and waitress stand when I got there I've asked for assistance in a menu and to have my table clean. The one waitress SAID NO while they all burst out laughing. I there proceeded to speak to the manager where they viewed camera footage of what occurred they did apologize however the humiliation and embarrassment of what they cause was not funny at all.
The worse experience with Nedbank. I applied for a loan and 2 weeks later I still have no feedback. When sitting in the branch for 2 hours doing this application, The consultant did inform me it takes 24 hours for an update its 2 weeks and nobody knows whats going on. Worse bank to deal with. Stay far away
The most frauatrating bunch of people I have come across. Every month I pay for my telkom contract and fiber account . Every month they cut my fiber and put all the money into my contract. Every month I have to query it because obviously most of the staff is not qualified enough to do their jobs . I am now 3 weeks without fiber yet I even have a receipt of my payment I cant wait for my contract to be over to never have to deal with them again !!!!!!!
I purchased an item from Edgar's on my debit card few days ago. Unfortunately when I got home I wasn't happy with the item I then go to edgars with a bank statement of the time and date I swiped my card and they refused to do a refund whereas this previous happened to me in a TFG STORE and with no hassal they refunded me. In total upset with the service given
Most pathetic, unprofessional company I've ever come across. The call center staff just cut the call whenever they feel like it. I connected fiber in my home and every 2 months it goes off on its own we are fed up.
Their service is terrible. I was a private client for years which served no purposes as I always had go into the bank. I did ask to downgrade my account 3 times with no satisfaction. I had to pay my monthly fee for banking which is absolutely unfair on me as I've asked for my account to be downgraded for months. I definitely will not recommend this bank to anyone with this service you guys will be losing alot of clients including some of my family and friends
I booked a hoilday with flight center. My husband and I we currently have a world pandemic I then asked for a refund the reason being my husband and I lost our jobs we in no situation to go on a hoilday I then contacted the airlines which is giving a refund on plane tickets however flight center refused. Really pathetic service. Biggest mistake was to book a holiday with them. The economy is at its lowest point I am not asking for much all I am asking is for my money back even if I had to pay a penalty I am willing too. If I had to give anyone advice it will be stay away from flight center.
