This store is absolutely useless. Might as well buy from Temu. Their orders are delivered faster. Leroy Merlin's click and collect 6 days and still processing for stock that is available in store. And if you phone in you spend your custom duties on the call it takes so long for them to help you. This shop is really useless. No customer service, no communication and definitely not the friendliest helpful staff. Order from Temu it is cheaper and faster.
MiWay is always trying to assist and support me as a customer. Lifa went out of his way to assist me. Kind and patient. I always appreciate being treated as a valued customer by MiWay. They really make me feel like I mean something to them. Thank you.

Really terrible service and unfriendly staff. Will not be returning ever. So sorry I used my funds on them. Can only get spectacles every 2 years. So now I am stuck. Rather go to Specsavers. They have the same specials but they are just amazing. Neovision will not see me again.

I canceled my contract with in May 2024. Service was canceled on 30 June 2024. Router returned as requested. Payments up to date. It is now six weeks later and you still have not released my line. That means I cannot move to a new ISP. Six weeks. Why? I paid every month for 2 years, canceled the required way. Returned the router. Yet all you have to do is release my fibre line so that I can get fibre with a new provider. By holding my line in the hope that I will return to you not a chance. I will not come back to an ISP that has no customer service. Release my line that is all I want from you.
These people are ruthless. I have had dealings with them since after lockdown. They phone continously. They start phoning at 06:45 every day, just on Sundays they rest. If I don't answer they phone my sister. Non-stop every day. I pay every month, I have even increased the amount I pay. They still phone. Every day the whole day. Why? And then when you ask them why are they phoning you for the 3rd time on the same day after you have paid, they say they are reminding you of the payment that is due the next month. Why? Am I paying every month yes, so why are they phoning non-stop. Then they drop the call. An hour later someone else calls. They are harassing me continuously on a daily basis and this needs to stop. My sister has asked them continuously to remove her number. They even sent a sms to apologize about contacting her and straight after they phoned again. I have blocked all their numbers, but they get new numbers every day. This is harassment and it needs to stop.
This business is horrible to deal with. I have canceled my contract with them. Sent back the router a week before termination date. Now 2 days later they still have not released my line. So I am still stuck with them. 2 days now asking for them to do their part. Nothing. Useless and expensive and unresponsive. I canceled due to poor service and being excessively expensive. And now they do not do their part.
I always have a lovely experience with Miway. They are patient and helpful. They listen and solve a problem. Excellent customer service. Their callbacks are immediate. Great company to deal with. Thank you
This is the slowest and longest delivery in the country. Even orders from Shein arrives quicker. Pathetic customer service no way to track your order. Last time I buy from them. Buy directly from Shein, the delivery is quicker and much much cheaper. Stay away from this company.
