The contractor and myself had agreed that he would return on Monday to complete painting as it was already dark. However, once the contractor had left Matthew Andersen arrived at the gate and demanded the job be completed. I informed Matthew that I was happy that job be fully completed Monday in which he answered that he will call the police because the fencing was not the property of mine. I had already paid 70% of work. He then threatened to remove the fencing which had been set in concrete. The contractor returned to paint in the dark. I had to repaint the whole fence the following day because it was patchy. I am horrified and disgusted at the treatment, unprofessionalism, that this company portrays. Very disappointed. Wish I had seen the previous reviews of how bad this company is.
Arrived there last Saturday with our booking confirmation and we were told they don't have a room and they they sent us home. I wouldn't recommend it. After spending 90 mins driving there to be told go home. They didn't even try to make a plan with a nearby resort. They did say sorry. Was looking forward to a weekend away as I have not been away for two years and this is the disappointment that we got to be told to go home
Its been 3 months and I still cannot do an upgrade. Everytime I phone Vodacom, I get a different answer from a different agent. One told me I cant upgrade my Apple to an Apple but I can upgrade to something else. Another one told me they must put the finance back and I can do an upgrade in 15 minutes that was over 2 months ago. Another told me yes I am due for an upgrade but I am not allowed to upgrade. Wonder what the next excuse the next agent would tell me. One agent told me I have the highest credit profile so I can upgrade today, but now the system is telling me I can't upgrade. Wonder if Vodacom will EVER pull themselves together or are they going to just be like Eskom take your money and don't care about anything else.
I previously wrote a review over 7 weeks ago. I was promised that customer service will call but no one has bothered to call me. How much longer do I need to wait until they decide to phone? Absolutely useless. My cellphone was due for upgrade 1st May and its now almost end of June.

I complained previously that I am not allowed to upgrade my iPhone to another iPhone. Their response was a consultant will call me. Two weeks later no one has bothered to contact me. Soooooooo useless.
Been with Vodacom for almost 30 years. My profile says I am able to upgrade my number however, it does not allow me to upgrade to an Apple iphone even though two years ago I upgraded to Apple iphone. They are saying my credit score is low and it has been low since 2014 but I never had an issue with upgrading to another phone. I have never defaulted on a payment. This is what you get for being a loyal customer.
Pathetically useless bunch of people. I called Eugene, he cant help me because he is sales, he told me to speak to Corne, I called Corne 3x he would not answer his phone. He sent me message saying he is technical. I called David, he didnt bother to answer his phone either. I just have a few questions that I would like to ask and not one person can assist. Im very disappointed in after sales service, because there is no after sales service, they took my money, gave me machine with a booklet, and dont care about assisting after they have their money. DONT BUY from these people, they are unhelpful and uninterested.
I was promised that my account would be credited due to vodacoms error, but my account has not been credited. I also have sent numerous emails requesting proof of purchase but I have had no response.
