Very bad customer service 😔
Bought a mattress and can't exchange because I did not buy the mattress protector from them so i was not informed by this that if you purchase it with the mattress that you qualify for the 100day free exchange, i bought a mattress protector from take a lot so they said okay you qualify for the 100day , so we choose a mattress suitable for us because this one is a bit hard we only slept on it for 14days and now they charge me R1000 usage fee *** 😒 and re- delivery fee as well which the 100day is free exchange, i do not recommend these ppl they are ******* and im so unhappy about their customer service really, if i could give a 0 start i would of.... DO NOT BUY FROM THE MATTRESS WAREHOUSE!!!!!!!!

Opening to late
These people state they are open on Google and when i get there they only open at 8:30 , i have never seen any fast food place that opens at 8:30am. This happened to me twice already so disgusted 😔

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
This company is terrible, i cant believe most companies are partnered with them. Their customer service is really bad and you can't phone in because they have a back log , you must e-mail then and they will respond in 72 hours that's ridiculous, i just want my log ins to be fixed and 2 years ago i had the same problem so seems like they did not fix anything at all and their app doesn't work properly as well. It's been more than a week and still not sorted out!!!!! I will not be a customer ever again and i hope many ppl won't register as well because this is not worth it at all. They must just close their company for real because you don't do anything about the back log situation plus i see you gus have a lot of bad reviews than good!!!!!!!

Hi it's Angelique here, I would like to thank Isabella garcia for such amazing products, I cannot believe that I finally found products that works for my skin, I am only using it for a week and the results im getting is amazing.
