On 23 August 2025, I bought Honda WR-V 1.2 Confort 2021 from the Jetour Menlyn branch. I was excited about the transaction and new car. Little did I know that my happiness would be cut short. On the the 19 September 2025 I drove from Home town Kwaggafontein to Pretoria return trip that consist total 130km and when I was kilometers away from home I experienced this terrible sound from the engen and the car didn't want to move. On the 20th of September 2025 morning, around 9h00, I contacted Tshiamo, who was my sales assistant, and informed him about the incident. He promised to send the Technians to have a look at the car, I told him that I wanted to cancel the transaction because the is no way that I would accept a faulty car. Indeed, today, on 23 September, he sent the Technician to have a look on the vehicle. I was informed by the technician that their is a problem with the Tension Belt and other parts. I then sent an email to Phumla Madondo informing her that I want to cancel the transaction since well the car didn't meet my expectations. I received an email from their principal dealership Bennie Welgemoed informing me that they will fix the car and they won't cancel the transaction and even thou I can call the bank is going to refer me back to them and there is no way that they cancel the Transaction. Indeed I call the Absa bank and I was refered to Lincoln Magale whose working for ABSA bank whose working as Business Developer. I emailed him about my situation Vs cancelation. I explained to Bennie Welgemoed and Tshiamo that I want to cancel the transaction since well I am confortable to drive that Honda WR-V vs been faulty however they rejected my request. According Consumer Protection " 30 days If a car is faulty or misrepresented, you're entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund within the first 30 days of purchase. This Act covers new and used cars" They told me to drive and stuck with Faulty car. I then sent an email to : Lincoln Magale ABSA Business Development Officer – Extenal Sales however no cancelation of transaction was granted. I don't want that Vehicle anylonger. But its seem like everyone is Failing me. Basically according to Bennie Welgemoed and Tshiamo I must be stuck with the Vehicle that is faulty. #Honda #Hatfield Motors #ABSA Vehicle finance.
Worse service received from dstv I paid my dstv on the 29 March 2024 however I can only watch channel 100, I log my first call on the 2 and I was reconnected for 7 days. I was disconnected again I call dstv and sent them bank stamped proof for reconnection however no one whose willing to helpe..
On the 29 March 2024 I paid my Dstv with Capitec App however my dstv is playing channel 100. I contacted their customer service regarding this issue and they asked me to email proof of payment. I emailed the proof of payment however no body is willing to assist me. I contacted them with all communicatio channels but no one assisted me.
I bought Dstv decoder for R599.99 and on the adverti*****t installation is included.. I was surprised when they told me that I must pay the technician R150.00.. According to me it's false adverti*****t... Why must I R150.00 for instalation while it's included on the package?
I fail to understand that why Markham staff in Siyabuswa Complex treated me like this... I bought a red shirt in Markham Groblesdal only to find out that is big... I then went to Markham Siyabuswa to exchange for small size but the refused to help me..
I fail to understand that how come I can't be assisted. I bought some stuff in Matkhami Evander on the 19th of October 2017 due to sizes all this clothes they don't fit. Today I went to Highveld Mall in Witbank to return this items and I was told that they don't have cash and they don't have any other plan. I asked them to return half of this clothes but still they refuse. I fail to understand that how come a big store like this fail to refund on units that worth only R8500. 00 probably they don't wanna miss their plan. According to my experience if the store don't have enough cash for refund they can ask their sister store for assisted. I'm not happy about the service that I received. That means I have to drive 30km to another Mall to return this clothes.
I went to Total Sport Polokwane Mall to buy sneakers and I was told by the sales assistant that they offline I can't swipe my card. Then I went to the bank to get money unfortunately when I went back to the store they refused to help me due to their reasons. I waited at the till for 30 minutes nobody assisted me. I then approached one of the sales associate for help. She told me that when they are offline they don't sell anything to the customers. I was do surprised that because I know each any every store have manual book or trade with SDC when they are offline. The manager was informed about that I want to buy something but she ignored me.
