The assessor of my claim is taking for ever to finalize my claim. Now we are approaching 2 months. Even the 30 days for hired car has lapse and now i am even struggling to go to work. My broker did a wonderful job, but the problem is the assessor, they decided to write off my car, even the airbag did come out. I only hit a pothole, lose control and hit paving.
I am not happy with the service i received from SA Home Loans. They don't care about the customer service, they only want to make money out of us. I will never use their service never again.
I have been making payment every month for my policy, now I am been told that my policy is going to laspe. Old Mutual can see that the money is being made monthly, because someone is not doing his/her job to allocate the funds to my policy, I must suffer the consequences of the poor service.
The services with old mutual is really bad. I regret taking a policy with them.
Hi. Fasta debited my account twice. after i missed a payment of December and they handed over my account to their lawyers. Both fasta and lawyers debited my account. What they did is fraud. Their service is bad. I will never use these Fasta.
The services is so poor. How can one stand on the que for more 2 hours without help

I submitted a claim with bonitas in July 2020 after I did some tests. I submitted all the required documents including the proof of payment. I was told that they will pay from the Risk Benefits, because I didn't have enough fund on my day to day benefit. I called them more 5 times and they always putting me hold. I being threated like a trash by Bonitas.
I went to consult at Festival Mall Walk in Doctor to see GP who is Dr Hlantswayo on 13 February 2020. The GP referred me for a sonar scanner. I went back on 15 February 2020 to submitt the GP sonar result and I was told that Dr Hlantswayo was on leave, I must come back on Monday of the 17th of February 2020. I went there I was told that Dr Hlantswayo is still on leave, another Doctor assisted me, he gave me a referral letter to go see specialist. She advised advised me that because am not consulting, its just for referral letter, they are not going to charge me. To my surprise, I received a sms from my medical aid that the claim was submitted and paid. I went to festival mall to find out why I was charged and the receptionist said they will request a files and a complaint will be lodged and she will cc me on the email. I was never cc on the email. I need my refund
