I submitted a claim in Friday but till today no feedback nothing. The service is bad that you are only assisted once you leave review on hellopeter. So it means my car will be fixed not anytime soon. Unlimited is bad
I claimed for bumper it was declined based on assumptions. Even when I stated my facts they found an excuse to not pay. Their manager said he will call me he never did. They are playing hide and seek yet they keep deducting money in my account. I urge all people to do away with the unlimited dent scratch cover. They are not trustworthy. In order for claim to be authorised one has to write review here before they respond to email.

I was reversing and bumped my bumper which shows that it is damaged, the damage caused paint to fade now my claim for dent and scratch is declined. They can’t prove that my bumper was like that before. They always find excuse for not paying. They delayed the claim now they make excuses. They are the first to claim but come claim time they give headaches. This is for the second time I experience this. Dear unlimited please stop ****ming us and come with excuses to not pay. I am writing this with a very painful heart but let me tell you guys I will find another way to claim. Even if I need to scratch a panel that is not damaged I will do so. You always make stories when it comes to pay. Why would a paint from RMI people you recommended to me peal off ? Did you send me to **** or chancers? To everyone out there, refrain from joining the unlimited scratch cover. They are ****s finish
The unlimited dent and scratch needs one to write on hellopeter in order for it to be finalised. I have forwarded all the docs and it has been a week and still nothing is done.
You submit a claim, instead of it being authorized in 72 hours as they say. On the day you hear stories like the pics aren’t clear so they can make excuse to not paying. After 1 submit other clear pics they have to wait longer again. Their claim process needs one to write on hellopeter in order for the claim to be authorized. I can see that my claim is handled by Senzile Kubheka who is making delaying tactics. Savm is just not the best , I made a mistake by joining them
Imagine I call customer telling them My unit is showing red. The lady said they will send someone to repair, it’s been 3/4 days no comms nothing. Imagine such a high priority case is treated as low severity. Matrix is disappointing me yet I trust them
Have credit card with BS African bank which I am paying insurance for. I got retrenched and submitted a claim FK they blueticked me even when I submitted all required documents. This bank is just a small *********** bank. All they do is to make unnecessary spam calls. No feedback nothing and it has been a month. African bank is useless
I needed roadside emergency and I called for more than 2 hours. No one answered the phone and it made me wonder if during accident I will get help or not. I am so disappointed because the car is at unsafe location but the insurance is not reachable.
The level of incompetence from African bank is also amazing. I have submitted a claim to their insurance last month around the 20th. Instead of them processing the claim every consultant always ask me to submit the paperwork. I have submitted this more than 3 times. It is so frustrating dealing with small banks really. When I think about it it makes me sick. They are *********** and unprofessional Sies kgaaa
