Claim declined without facts but assumptions
Naked insurance when you write review that they don’t like because it will reduce their rating they report it which is unfair. We reported couple of reviews where they declined review based on assumption which were true but they reported it to be removed. That’s unfair and lie. Dear Naked you are not what people think you are. Stop lying to gain more green. You are a wolf in sheep skin. We will write everyday if we have to

They always search for excuses not to pay out claims. A month later still no phone
My wife lost her phone on the 18th December. Till today her claim is still not finalized. Naked insurance is not what people think it is. Imagine a whole month for a cellphone claim to be finalized. They made her have teams meeting, they check location of the phone , she provided all the information but still nothing. I humbly advise people not to join naked insurance, it is bad. They take your money but when it is time to claim you will hear stories

They always make excuses to not pay out delays
I was reversing and bumped my bumper which shows that it is damaged, the damage caused paint to fade now my claim for dent and scratch is declined. They can’t prove that my bumper was like that before. They always find excuse for not paying. They delayed the claim now they make excuses. They are the first to claim but come claim time they give headaches. This is for the second time I experience this. Dear unlimited please stop ****ming us and come with excuses to not pay. I am writing this with a very painful heart but let me tell you guys I will find another way to claim. Even if I need to scratch a panel that is not damaged I will do so. You always make stories when it comes to pay. Why would a paint from RMI people you recommended to me peal off ? Did you send me to **** or chancers? To everyone out there, refrain from joining the unlimited scratch cover. They are ****s finish

Naked insurance is delaying claims and find excuse not to pay
Getting claim finalized is now taking weeks. My wife has device was ****** on the 18 December. Till today we are told that the assessor want to have teams meeting with my wife as part of investigation. We sent docs we have but the assessor still want the same docs that we have Sent. Naked insurance is not something I would recommend to someone else. They good when it’s time to take money now we have to wait weeks without a phone because they looking for excuse not to pay the claim out. Beware of naked guys. Imagine claim taking years to be finalized. I am disappointed

They dont process claims on time as they claim to
The unlimited dent and scratch needs one to write on hellopeter in order for it to be finalised. I have forwarded all the docs and it has been a week and still nothing is done.

They are full of delaying tactics
You submit a claim, instead of it being authorized in 72 hours as they say. On the day you hear stories like the pics aren’t clear so they can make excuse to not paying. After 1 submit other clear pics they have to wait longer again. Their claim process needs one to write on hellopeter in order for the claim to be authorized. I can see that my claim is handled by Senzile Kubheka who is making delaying tactics. Savm is just not the best , I made a mistake by joining them

Poor service
Imagine I call customer telling them My unit is showing red. The lady said they will send someone to repair, it’s been 3/4 days no comms nothing. Imagine such a high priority case is treated as low severity. Matrix is disappointing me yet I trust them

Bad financial services
Have credit card with BS African bank which I am paying insurance for. I got retrenched and submitted a claim FK they blueticked me even when I submitted all required documents. This bank is just a small *********** bank. All they do is to make unnecessary spam calls. No feedback nothing and it has been a month. African bank is useless

Unreachable for more than 2/3 hours during emergency
I needed roadside emergency and I called for more than 2 hours. No one answered the phone and it made me wonder if during accident I will get help or not. I am so disappointed because the car is at unsafe location but the insurance is not reachable.
