I purchased a car from the “We Buy Cars” branch in March 2025, and unfortunately, my experience has been deeply disappointing. From the start, the agent who assisted me (Isaac) took my phone under the pretense of needing a code, only to leave himself a five-star review on my behalf without my consent. This wasn’t a one-time incident; he did this multiple times and even asked my sister for her phone to do the same, which I find *****ulent. I raised these issues with two managers, Tim and James, but there has been no meaningful resolution. After the sale, they failed to keep aside the old tires as promised and neglected to give me the necessary permit, which almost resulted in the car being impounded. When I reported a noise in the car and a non-working charging port, they falsely claimed the issues were fixed without any actual repair. I’ve reached out multiple times for feedback and received silence from top management. This has been an unjust and unfair experience, and I’m sharing my story so others are aware and hopefully this situation can be remedied.

I called for roadside assistance around 1730 today, I spoke to one of your consultants who said she will send help, i described where I am , but she wanted a pin location for the exact spot, she gave me her number so that I can send the pin location via whatsapp, and I sent it, Only to find that there is no network coverage in order for it to be delivered… I waited for 2hours , when it got delivered she told me that she’s already home, I should call the King Price office. I specifically told her I’m in an unsafe area and I’m traveling with children. She still chose to leave work without following up or handing this case over to the next shift. Two male strangers have approached me offering to help, I didn’t open the door. I’m still stranded here the time is 19:43, I’ve organized my own tow truck because I don’t feel safe, it’s on the way. After that, they tell me to call the towing company because they might not pay if he’s not in their network. So I should cancel and wait for theirs. After waiting for 3 hours! RIDICULOUS What is the point of being insured if I’m not guaranteed piece of mind??!? What am I paying monthly for?
We have been trying to register a deceased estate property since February this year. The lockdown created an unforeseen delay for us as offices were closed and nothing could be processed. I understood this and was willing to wait for the Deeds offices and the attorney offices to be functional. They have been operational since June, July, but I have been given the runaround, without any feedback as to what is happening. I was told almost two months ago that the lodgement was rejected and another one needs to be handed in by Chris Mathebula together with Maryna Slabbert from NGL Attorneys, however we get no feedback and the buck is being passed on by each attorney to another. Chris Mathebula is the only person who is able to assist me from Munyai Attorneys, and Maryna is the one dealing with my case from NGL Attorneys however they wait on me to collaborate communication between them( if they are communicating they are not giving any feedback to me) Chris never answers my calls, smses or emails, and is never available in the office. We have paid all the transfer and Bond fees as we were instructed but we are not getting assistance. Its been nine months of trying to register this property. I am frustrated and really don't know where to turn to. My advice! WHEN YOU SEE THE WORDS "NGL ATTORNEYS " RUN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION!!!!

AGS HEALTH, Underwritten by Asterio Medical Insurance is not reliable. We had joined them for a year and in that year not once was it smooth to consult a doctor. they make empty promises. LIES infact. I believe they are a scam ripping people off. Everytime we have to see a doctor there isa story to a point where my doctors refuses to work with them. they didn't even want to cancel my policy and took my money unauthorized to do so.
On the 27th. 04.2018 I was scammed on my Absa bank account. I immediately reported the matter with the police.I was given a case number. My case was escalated to the fraud department. I've been a client of the Absa bank for more than 20 years. I'm not happy with the way my case was handled. I was told that an amount of R1700 was recovered. How is it possible for Absa bank not to recover the whole amount of R8000. I've been left with lots of unanswered questions. How did the fraudsters get my information,that is my name and surname plus my cellphone numbers. I'm unhappy with the way my case was handled and would appreciate your help. Prudence Vilakazi from the fraud department had promised to interview me regarding the matter but to this day she hasn't contacted me.
I night a TV at Game online on the 22nd of November. Didnt get response or an update as so what's happening with my order. Game store is clueless and is apparently not affiliated or informed about Game online. The HR number provided rings off the hook. I was sent from pillar to post trying to get a hold with any staff over the phone who can assist with tracking my order. The calls Stay on hold for ages and this is my money and time wasted. I eventually decided to stick to one person so that there is accountability. I spoke to Precious and actually dealt with Khuselwa. They have both been making promises of delivery, where i avail myself and wait but there's still no delivery. I am tired of this run around as i have given Game more than enough time to you fix their so many wrongs. Can i just get some eminent resistance
I have had a horrible experience with car service city in Ormonde. The lady (Similo Spamla) that handles the front desk at Car service city ormonde has been full of empty promises and lies. She is incompetent and not apologetic for any inconvenience caused. When i called her back , She hung up our call after promising to call back every 1hr , she says the call got cut off. But she still doesnt call back. This resulted to me going to the shop. She claims to have called and confirmed an additional fee to be charged to me that we had initially not agreed on. She says she confirmed the extra fee over the phone but the recordings are no where to be found. I was at the shop for over 4 hours with no outcome or solution to the matter. The director was just as unable to resolve the matter. There have been back and forths between myself, with the director (Sandile ) who claims to not have the authority to waiver the fee should the recording prove us correct. Vanessa from the head office also said she'll call back in 30min from 1400 but she didn't get back to us or the shop. I hand exhausted all the avenues i believed might have helped. I will pay this money but I want it back because i didn't agree to it.
