**** company ever tell me on earth how do adobe keep trying debit from my account yet i cancelled the subscription during trial period.worse part when you visit page it does bot give you option anymore of cancelling yet they keep trying debit.this b***s**t
I honestly did not wish to deal with Ax forbes again after previous experience but here i am because you dont choose who an employer uses for your fund, received message on the 7th after resigned that someone will call assist within 2days but nothing happened.i actually had to call myself to get someone call and assist because I know thats way of ax forbes dragging its feet log claim so it delays longer forgetting some people contribute to that fund because we dependant on that money when we resign or retire to take care of us this is just not on ax forbes needs start taking their clients seriously honestly.only then i got callback almost two weeks later after calling in myself.
Never in my life have i been this shocked about service provider,i was on 24months contract compact+internet 400g.towards end contract which is this month suddenly started experiencing wifi network issues i never had throughout 24months contract.i have keep calling in about same issue get resolved minutes and disconnected again.someone called offer new contract with new router,as results dissatisfaction about struggle their wifi,i told them want cancel service's Zanele who refused disclosure her surname that was on live chat with told me even data paid for will be lost if cancel,in other words im forced continue dstv internet because i dont want loose data paid for that is in simcard.never in my life heard of such.in order use my data already have they force me continue because im told theyll cancel data i paid for already in sim this is ***** ill take this further.
The worst worst service provider im fed up dstv if its not one this its another one, just when thought finally dstv is starting do right things.last week Thursday you disconnected my internet i called in told it was due to the migration of serial numbers etc the data was not moved over and this was fixed was connected,fast forward yesterday had spend whole day not able to work because you blocked my sim when called in told it shows different address etc i gave right one im using,it was fixed.tell me why had call dstv 5 times because after hour it locked again unlocked locked unlocked today i wake up its locked again.this is so *********** why must i call dstv every hour difference days over same issue its airtime im spending firstly to call dstv with money used,day two i can't work wifi off.so i must call dstv everyday every hour over the same thing
I am so disgusted by remedi,i used to think our medical information is private and confidential up until now,remedi had the guys to furniture my private information to third party without my right.where on earth does it give you right to discuss my sensitive information to others without my consent.your service is so bad i could even sue for this.
Dealing with Shoprite is hell they cant help resety pin for money market on number was using told use different number months back each time buy voucher on paymenow app it sends old number linked my bank account and banking app i have to keep calling shoprite send documents to transfer voucher from one number to another youll send documents and pictures and have to wait days for them to transfer a simple voucher to new number this service is bad.simple request fix pin for number registered with you fail to do i still have request transfers and you takes days transfer grocery voucher no this bad service.
I really do not understand your services with my previous employer i had be on your back get my claim paid.now just a simple thing payout stuff one place my for my two pot saving withdrawal.i mean people have been paid in days since the 8th i app**** status been stuck on processing disinvestment people applying after me got their money.this is bad service really it would make sense if others were not paid in days
You guys are really bunch **** i had issue last year with you actioning wrong discount one not loading data yet paid my compact plus internet recent was told matter resolved i then decided give you another chance paid amount my compact and internet up to today data not loaded once again you do doing samething you did before what type of service are you all you know and teach agents to do is say we escalated all the time no rectification i want my data loaded or I'm taking this ombudsman it's too much now
i honestly feel something needs to happen about dstv if they don't fix their mess.earlier last year had issue with them because i canceled debit order paid cash they kept debitting while paid cash resulting in charges for their unsuccessful debit order.it was fixed after hustle while so called unhelpful consultant tells you we escalate each time but nothing gets sorted until you visit branch.i am on compact one of dstv agents approach me for the dstv internet October 2023 i signed up for the 220gb deal told ill get 220gb yet its day and night data instead all time data. activated services 27th October paid prorata as my debit date is the 30th on the 30th i called in upgrade to 400gb package before payment it was auctioned i got billed twice for the 220gb and 400gb package imagine month end November im told ridiculous amounts pay when call in told its mistake itll be fixed i was happy itll be sorted and had 404 due to me as there were times overpaid in past months i told them leave amount deduct only 150 from money owed to me and paid 600.end Dec it shows 1144 i have no idea where come from i called in told they will resolve mistake i told them fix it before pay 30th December the consultant said they escalated i called next day as saw no changes amount with i was over charged on top just discovered that they never loaded data for me December the data I'm using up to now was carried over from November data yet i paid end November to be covered December.im so disappointed in dstv now they disconnected my service yet been waiting the m resolve the error that they keep making promise they'll fix but never did.when visited branch the agent saw the issue i was overcharged and escalated which he could not do anything to fix until they sort it i oay monthly but now im sitting watching channel 100 whereby dstv is wrong and overcharged
