Truworths Cresta Mall really needs to up their game. With Todays Advanced Technology, I can believe it's such a struggle to load a Debit Order at Truworths Cresta Mall. I have been arranging Debit Orders that never go off on my account, No Debi Check was send to me to Authenticate. Today it was confirmed that they are having problems with Debit Orders. They than wanted me to arrange a Debit Order with a 3rd part, which is in contravention with the POPIA Act. Thulani was helpful with no satisfaction.

Good day family, I bought Techno cell phone through PEP STORE at the station in Randfontein. In the beginning of the year, at first the phone just shut down, i than proceeded to take the phone in for repairs. fine enough i was provided with a new phone. On the 04 Dec the new device made the same problem, the phone is still in repairs at Vodacom in Potcheftroom repair center. It has been two weeks without a phone and i have missed out on all my family photos and personal communications with my friends. I'm really disgusted by the experience I had with the Techno brand.
How excited i was all head over hills, I received an sms confirming my application that i initially applied for was successful with woolworths. The sms contained a link that lead you to a woolworths page. I read through the confirmation details there was an amount of R250 that needed to be paid through (PEP STORE MONEY MARKET) for covid19 test, your transport and uniform. Im so disgusted in the service i received at the Tambotie Mall Randfontein, the person I spoke to were very unhelpful. The little hope i had for my future is finally inadvertent. I such a bad experience.... in a fast and technological demanding word....where Google maps are a swip away.....the driver had difficulty in finding my address. I correctly submitted my address for delivery.....thier track and Trace is great cause it updates. But thier customer service call centre needs more training.
I would like this company to be audited ...their financial statements....Fit and proper requirements..and registeration documents CIPC ....it has come to my attention that this company is exploiting their staff on a payroll level and hush working conditions....
Firstly this is a compliment towards the eTV EXTRA team working hard on translating Paramparça (TV series) (Gebroke Harte) to afrikaans. Can I make use of this platform to convey my heart felt love and appreciation towards their efforts. I started watching the series from the 1st October 2018 and never miss an episode.
