Waterproofing and Roofing Masters was paid to fix my roof outside and the ceilings inside. I fully paid for the outside which they have done a half job. They have not given my the certificate/letter for insurance as they promised. When they should have stared with the ceilings, they never came back and took my 60% deposit (R14 268). They are avoiding my call and mails. I went to the Police to open a case against them. The Police officer called the owner, Graham MCMaster, and the owner refused to answer. I am busy taking legal action against Waterproofing and Roofing Masters. It has been a month now since they avoid my calls. We found other people who also lost money to Waterproofing and Roofing Masters. Please review them everywhere if this happened to you as well to warn people about this money *****ing company. I do not recommend Waterproofing and Roofing Masters. You will loose quality service and money to Graham MCMaster. Rather find another contractor.
The communication are terrible. I paid the deposit long ago for work to start. We agreed on a date. The date has come and gone. I tried to call and WhatsApp multiple times. No response. I will pursue legal action to get my R14 000 back cause at the moment it's like the company disappeared. I paid in full for the outside of my roof to be fixed. It was fixed and painted but I am waiting on the letter/certificate for the insurance now for a while.
Keep getting sms’s urging me to pay back and I didn’t even know who NuDebt are. Guys stop sending someone else’s sms’s to me! I owe you nothing! Remove my data according to the POPI Act!
The owner, Godfree, of this company drove into my carport pole and damaged it heavy on 2 places. They worked at the house across me in the complex. The owner of Titco217 said he will pay me back to replace the pole. He did not do so obviously. How can you as a business owner damage other peoples property and then just drive away without paying after almost 1 month? I wished I could have attached photos of the Nissan NP200 and the pole. Registration number of the vehicle is BL 97 GC GP. This makes me wonder about the quality of work this guy is doing.
Would give 0 stars. He initially arrived an hour later than agreed upon. At first Guyson said he charge a R300 callout fee. He came out and see that the problem was out of his hands and that he could not fix it. He was here 5 minutes and charged me R1 200. And then I said it is not what was agreed upon. And asked for R 900. R 900 for nothing!!! I would have agreed to pay R300 callout fee but R 900 for nothing is ridiculous! You’ve fixed nothing and charged me way more than just the callout fee. You should be ashamed of your self! Greedy man.

Discovery insure don't research and evaluate their partners that is repairing vehicles. They took my car to Nu Wagon autobody in JHB, 6 weeks ago, and they are still "waiting" for parts. Their reviews online is bad and still Discovery decides to partner with them. Customers of Nu Wagon are telling the same story and I'm experiencing the same. They are lying about parts the whole time and once you write review them, then suddenly they can get the parts in matter of hours. All the cars are basking in the hot sun with windows open during rain, they are not protected from hail. It's the f*ck!ng worst. I can't deal anymore. Discovery isn't even following up why it is taking long. I've informed Discovery but they don't reply me. They leave totally in the dark. They are so expensive then you think you'll get better service...what a scam. I'm glad I moved to King Price.
I don't know where the problem lies but I've been waiting for 6 weeks now and they still didn't get the car parts. This is getting ridiculous. I believe if I ordered parts myself it would have been here already
Why are the parts taking 5 weeks to arrive. I believe someone is not doing their job. I can't be without my car much longer. They are really bad at fixing cars and time management and customer care. I can't believe they are approved by Discovery Insure. The area it self look like a slump
Their recovery department is the worst. They don’t update me and there is no progress on my claim. I have to call them the whole time to find out and motivate them to do their own work and hold the line forever and I go through all the channels then they drop the line. I am now in process of doing the 3rd party claim my self because they are simply not available. I’m on the line holding for over 10minutes with no assistance.
