PRIMO PROPERTIES MISMANAGES COMPLEX FUNDS
Primo Properties been managing Cedar Hills Complex for 10yrs. On Wednesday 09 June 2021,City or Johannesburg disconnect electricity. According to the statements, the Complex owes CoJ R135,000 in arrears. We residents of Cedar Hills are taken from pillar to post by PRIMO PROPERTIES. Yet we remain without electricity. It is 7 days and nights without electricity. PRIMO PROPERTIES refuses to solve this issue.

Terrible Technical Department.
Actually they deserve Zero(0) I bought a Mecer Fundi 2 in 1 tablet in December 2019 from Mall of Africa Incredible Connection. This was for my son's school work The laptop started having problems, from excessive heating to not turning on. I took it to Mall of Africa Incredible Connection for repair since the laptop is under warranty. They said it will take about 14 workingvdays which is upsetting. My has been doing online schooling and now has to write exams using the laptop. I have called Mall of Africa Increduble connection , Technical Department (if you are lucky to have your call answered. I was told " We will call you" for 3 days consecutive but no one calls back. I urge everyone not to consider Mall of Africa Incredible Connection after care service because they are a rip off.

EDO COLLECTION ATTEMPT
On 17th May 2019, I was charged R994 as Edo Colle tion Attempt. No debit order was sent to my account. Then 20th May 2019 R120 was charged "Item not paid". I don't understand these deduction FNB is making on my account. To deduct R1114 is pure theft. No explanation given from call centre. I have sewn many complaints on this Edo Collection Attempt.

No Response to Calls or Emails
No Responses to Requests. Do not answer Telephones My email was to be migrated from iburst to 247online. I submitted my forms early in the process and received confirmation that all was approved. I spent R60 on airtime trying to call and no response. I sent email to ********** I recieved ticket no. 2597 . I posted on the FB page no response. I am totally dependent on my email for the kind of work I do. How else do we contact these people. Where are thier offices. Totally unacceptable service
