OK Grocer in Bothaville has recently opened their doors. I am received with a friendly smile each and every time I visit the store. They have a good variety of affordable products and produce as well as a few good quality luxury items. The owner/s are visibly part of the business and always have a friendly word. Thank you so much to the Ronga family. May you gonfrom strength to strength.
Thank you to the wonderful friendly and fast service at The Courier Guy in Rissik Street Komatipoort. They recommend practical and quick solutions if you are yourself at all unsure of what is available or need.
I want to give a huge shout out to the pharmacist at The Local Choice Komatipoort who helped me, as a new arrival in town, sort out migraine meds that accommodate my needs. She gave me time without making me feel overbearing and gave me insight and excellent advice. Thank you so much. I can really recommend the pharmacy and all the personnel to anyone passing through on their way to Mozambique or the Kruger National Patk.
Easy shop platform. Quick, easy and friendly responses. Keeping the customer up to date on the order and immediately contact customers when anything they have ordered are not available, with a suggested alternative option.
After years of excellent service I almost feel as if I became a product tester for them (I wish ;)) and it most certainly is time to give credit where credit is due. I want to give Yuppiechef a full 5 stars. They have a wonderful website that is easy to navigate with products ranging from very affordable to fairly expensive but very very luxurious. Most of all they give wonderful service with safe online payment methods and immediate assistance whenever it is needed and asked for. Thank you Yuppiechef for (what feels like a lifetime) of excellent service and great quality products. I would definitely recommend them for online shopping.
I gave them 1 star only because I can not give them less :( I have just spend more than 2 hours on the phone trying to cancel a number on a contract that expires on 31-01-2020. I was told that it is an early cancellation on a number on a contract and I had to make a payment of R2.43 for the cancellation to be activated. After that I had to phone 082 1946 (accounts department) and they would activate the cancellation request. I paid over the amount pf R30.00 - because I am a sceptic and always expect the worse. I phoned given number after which the system requested the number I was calling about. The system said that said number is not in arrears and reroute me to client services where the whole process of detail confirmation and explaining etc etc where done again. This happened countless times for more than 2 hours!!!! My first call was answered by the rudest person on this planet, 3 calls where dropped by the agents and from there on all agents was very kind but totally ill-equipped for the task in hand. In the end I just gave up. I should mention that I have 2 other numbers on the same contract and I have been a client since 2012 - I am seriously reconsidering my options on the other 2 numbers. I can not seem to lay my hands on an e-mail address to confirm cancelation or send proof of payment (which one of the agents did pick up on their system) either. I therefore post this review and herewith state that I refuse any payment on the number in question after today. I would NOT recommend anyone to do business with Vodacom or enter a contract with them.
Thank you to Telkom for responding on my complaint the day after I posted it. A special Thank you goes to the Technician, André Jansen van Vuuren, who literally spend hours to find the problem and fix it. - Well Done :) On starring Telkom I still keep to my one star for taking a year to actually listen.
I work for a Doctor. As services go we are very much in the public eye and should be readily reachable - at least during business hours. But alas - through no mistake of our own - and me especially, because a receptionist not answering a phone must surely be at fault/lazy/not doing her work etc. etc. (I have heard it all) - we have been hard to reach during rainy season because of a Telkom line that apparently gets wet and shorts. As soon as the sun comes out and it dries out everything is back to normal, working order. My first complain was logged on 10/05/2016. I have kept a good record of complaints logged and can offer reference numbers, names and times of each. Up to this moment we have had excellent service from technicians and call center personnel but nothing more. Today is 04/10/2017 and yes, it is raining and our line is dead yet again so instead of logging another fruitless complaint I am posting it here in the hope that some less brain dead person than the norm would see it and take action. Because of this attitude from Telkom, I have cancelled my personal phone services with them and refuse to even listen to any telesales pitches for any Telkom products. As a business my employer have been paying a fee of more than R700 per month to be listed in the Telkom Directory - needless to say - it has been cancelled and will not be renewed. As soon as the current Telkom contract expires that will also not be renewed. I am sure I do not need to tell you how much money Telkom will loose through this, what I will say its a LOT!! And given that the practice is a 30 year old practice it only adds up. And be sure - I will NOT promote Telkom in anyway to anyone for any reason!! Please also take note that I would have preferred to gave Telkom no star at all and that the one they did get was only awarded because I am not allowed to move to the next stage of my review without awarding it.
